Integrated Modular Solutions is at the forefront of addressing the homelessness
crisis working with Family Promise of Greater Phoenix to develop, a groundbreaking six-unit, single-story micro-housing community. This project represents a scalable model for affordable housing, leveraging IMS’s innovative use of modified shipping containers. The design ensures that each home, though compact, offers a sense of community and maximizes living space. With an emphasis on sustainability, each unit is designed to be affordable, and occupies less than a quarter of an acre, showcasing how efficient design can lead to significant social impact.
Integrated Modular Solutions is proud to contribute to the dialogue and action plan surrounding homelessness solutions. Our work with Family Promise and the City of Phoenix to create the Village community underscores our commitment to leveraging construction and design for social good. By providing sustainable, affordable, and innovative housing solutions, we aim to make a tangible difference in the lives of those in need.
