Jeet Kune Do artist and Alan Ground will be giving a personal training seminar in Martial Arts to benefit The Wounded Warriors Program. The seminar will be held in Scottsdale Arizona on Saturday August 29, 2015

Jeet Kune Do is the Martial Art Bruce Lee started in 1967. It is a non-classical style of fighting which allows freedom of movement and artistic expression. The art is designed for minimum movement and maximum effectiveness. The extreme speed when one just reacts and becomes the movement allows extreme fluidity. Artist and the creator of Jeet Kune Do Ground Fighting, Alan Ground will be leading the seminar. Mr. Ground has been teaching martial arts for over 25 years. The focus of the seminar will be stand up training and a mixture of the arts of Jeet Kune Do, Boxing, Kickboxing, & Muay Thai,.
