Lexxic Launches a World-First Dedicated Neurodiversity Coaching Centre of Excellence
Lexxic launches the world’s first dedicated Neurodiversity Coaching Centre of Excellence in London to provide specialised coaching.
London, England, United Kingdom – June 21, 2024 —
Lexxic, a specialist psychological consultancy with clients around the globe, and leaders in empowering neurodiversity in the workplace, has launched a world-first dedicated neurodiversity coaching centre.
With over 16 years of experience in supporting individuals, teams and organisations, the Coaching Centre of Excellence (CoE) is led by distinguished Coaching and Occupational Psychologist, Dr Susie Phillips-Baker and supported by a multidisciplinary team of BPS accredited psychologists and professionally qualified coaches, many of whom have lived experience of neurodiversity.
Coaching is a two-way process which gives individuals the opportunity to work with a dedicated coach who ‘gets them’ and can offer support to develop ways of recognising and playing to their strengths as well as overcoming any challenges they may be facing in their role.
Lexxic’s Coaching CoE offers a personalised approach that is designed to support individuals at every stage of their career, and throughout their own personal neurodiversity journey, covering two distinct specialisms.
Neurodiversity Development Coaching is ideal for anyone in leadership or aspiring leadership positions, providing individuals with support so that they can feel confident in empowering their teams to maximise their personal and professional potential. Coaching topics include Executive Coaching, Aspiring Leaders Coaching, and Manager Coaching among others.
Neurodiversity Support Coaching is ideal for anyone on their own personal neurodiversity journey, where individuals work with an experienced coach to identify their strengths and areas of challenge around neurodivergence. Coaching topics include Neurodiversity Strategies Coaching, Collaborative Coaching, and Assistive Technology (AT) Coaching.
Leader of Lexxic’s new Coaching CoE, Dr Susie Phillips-Baker commented:
“We are delighted to be launching our Coaching Centre of Excellence at Lexxic and building on our almost 17 years of experience in the area of neurodiversity. We already work with many clients in the coaching capacity and are now in a position to expand our coaching services to many more clients, offering them the opportunity to build their confidence and gain support through coaching.”
New services include executive-level coaching as well as for aspiring leaders and those seeking support around career development. Many of our clients have found the sessions to be incredibly helpful, and we are thrilled to offer this opportunity to many more individuals, including leaders and executives who would like the support of an experienced coach with specialist knowledge and expertise around neurodiversity.
The launch of the new Neurodiversity Coaching Centre of Excellence will support organisations in enhancing the skills of their employees and managers, helping to increase employee engagement, productivity, and retention, while individuals can build confidence, develop strategies for managing challenges, and maximise strengths in key areas.
