London, England, United Kingdom – March 9, 2024

London, UK – 4th March 2024: Neurodiversity Celebration Week (Neurodiversity Week, NCW) have revealed more than 70 incredible event panellists across their 24 events for the week, with more still to be announced!

This year’s campaign (18th – 24th March 2024) is set to be bigger than ever before, the 24 virtual events will feature speakers from a range of different backgrounds and professions coming together to share their lived experiences and expertise around a variety of neurodiversity topics. So far this year, the campaign has received support from more than 1,900 schools, 700 universities, 2,700 organisations and 500 charities, clubs, and associations from around the world.

The events are free to attend and open to all, last year saw over 50,000 event registrations across the week, and this year it’s looking to be even higher. Some of this year’s topics include an introduction to neurodiversity, the benefits of neurodiversity in the workplace, global perspectives: neurodiversity around the world, empowering yourself as a neurodivergent woman in the workplace and creating a neuro-inclusive classroom.

Some of this year’s incredible events feature speakers from organisations including the ADHD Foundation Neurodiversity Charity, Disability Rights UK, Neurodiversity in Business, Genius Within, The Future is ND, Ausome Charlie, Perfectly Autistic, The Late Discovered Club and Lexxic.

The team behind the campaign are looking forward to celebrating different minds, continuing to raise global awareness of neurodiversity, and helping the world to understand, value and celebrate the talents of neurodivergent individuals.

The full event schedule and range of resources for 2024 are now available on the NCW website and include activities for schools, universities and organisations, presentations, key neurodiversity research, a brand-new social media pack, and suggestions on how you can celebrate neurodiversity throughout the week.

Neurodiversity Celebration Week is a worldwide initiative that challenges stereotypes and misconceptions about neurological differences and aims to transform how neurodivergent individuals are perceived and supported by providing schools, universities, organisations, and individuals with the opportunity to recognise the many talents and strengths of neurodivergent individuals.

In 2022, the campaign partnered with Lexxic, a leading specialist psychological consultancy and leader in the field of neurodiversity. With their mission to create a world where all minds belong, they are proud to be supporting Neurodiversity Celebration Week.

Brooke Elias, Co-Director of Neurodiversity Celebration Week commented;

“Neurodiversity Celebration Week provides a platform for people all around the world to celebrate neurodiversity, and highlights the unique strengths, talents, and perspectives of neurodivergent individuals, whilst educating about the importance of creating neuro-inclusive cultures.

We’ve reached out to the community for feedback and help in shaping the 2024 campaign and are doing all that we can to ensure the campaign is inclusive and accessible to all. The campaign tagline is ‘Celebrating Different Minds’, and we look forward to doing just that in March 2024!”.
