With an intense passion for bamboo, Mr. Trieu went to well-known bamboo-growing regions to collaborate with local bamboo farmers and engage with top experts in the field. In a short span of time, ONGTRE successfully established a bamboo sourcing area in Quan Son district, Thanh Hoa province, covering an impressive 2,000 hectares. This move paved the way for a deep-seated partnership between farmers and ONGTRE, aiming to jointly develop the bamboo product market. Furthermore, ONGTRE recently launched a large-scale manufacturing facility, expanding its total number of factories to two.

ONGTRE gathers highly skilled artisans who possess deep expertise in the artistry of bamboo craftsmanship, the same in producing items made from wicker, rattan and rush. They are proficient in handling even the most intricate techniques to create exquisite and functional products. ONGTRE regularly organizes technical training sessions and skill assessments for their artisan team to maintain their craft and stay updated with contemporary knowledge within the artisanal industry.
