Orthodontics Invisalign Dentist Michael A. Crist DDS Announces Contest For Children

Crist DDS, an orthodontist in Houston, TX, is proud to announce that they will be running two separate contests for children this fall: a pumpkin decorating contest and the Annual Candy Buy Back. “We love our community and we try to do positive things every year through a range of contests,” says Jeanette, spokesperson for Michael A Crist DDS. “This year’s contests will encourage children and young people to have healthy teeth, and we will also use it as an opportunity to support our troops.”

In the pumpkin decorating contest, the assistants at the orthodontics clinic will each decorate a pumpkin. Patients at the clinic can then vote for their favorite one. The assistant who has the winning pumpkin will win a great prize. In addition, a patient who voted will be drawn at random and will also win a prize. This is an opportunity for the community to come together around the Halloween season.

The Candy Buy Back contest is held every year. It is designed to encourage healthy teeth in children and young people. In this event, patients are encouraged to bring in candy they collected at Halloween to the office. Dr. Crist will buy the candy at a $1 for every pound. A winner will be drawn at the end of the buy back period from the patient participating, and this person will receive a prize. The candies that have been purchased will be sent overseas to US troops.

“We want to support people within this community, including those who cannot be there because they are protecting our country,” adds Dr. Crist. “Every year, we purchase pounds upon pounds of Halloween candy and we send it to our troops so that they can have a little taste of home at Halloween.”

Dr. Crist is an orthodontic and pediatric dentistry specialist. He is also an Invisalign Preferred Provider. He often has various special offers, such as waiving the records fee or free consultations, in order to encourage the community to focus more on having healthy, beautiful and straight teeth.
