Queens Woman Suffers Severe Burns From E-Cigarette Explosion, As E-Cig Explosion Lawsuit Case Total Rises

A local report from NY Daily News indicated that a 26-year-old Queens woman sustained severe burns to her legs after her e-cigarette exploded in her pocket and was lodged into her vehicle’s dashboard. The woman was transported to Jamaica Hospital and was treated for third-degree burns. Since the incident, the Richmond Hill resident has to utilize a cane and hasn’t been able to return to work.
