Real Video of Alien Abduction Recreated in Movie “Redlight”
The movie already has an experienced Hollywood team ready to start production
LOS ANGELES, CA / ACCESSWIRE / September 30, 2016 / On July 10th 2012, a Florida man finds a video on his cell phone that he didn’t remember recording. The video shows alien-like creatures moving through the darkness of his room while he sleeps. Approaching the bed, they trap him in a tight silky cocoon, and the video ends with an eerie question mark about what happened next.

When Hollywood producers Dempsey Tillman and Lawrence Razo heard the man’s story they were compelled to approach him directly. Eventually they gained access to his footage, and after a year of analyzing the video, which included analysis by special effects and editing professionals, they concluded that the video was real.
“We shared it with video professionals who have examined the abductee’s video and have come to the conclusion, that unless the abductee is a VFX (visual effects) wizard, he’s gotten something that is very out of the ordinary visiting him in his home,” says Tillman and Razo.
The team eventually convinced the man to allow them to make a movie based on his experience; and use the real footage as the jumping off point of the story.
Since the man doesn’t remember any part of the abduction, the screenwriters have written that into the plot. But as the movie unfolds, so too does the truth about what really happened on that July night.
So far Tillman and Razo have surrounded themselves with a highly experienced team of movie professionals and are hoping to attract the right talent including Edward James Olmos and Jennifer Coolidge.
As things often go in Hollywood however, the talent doesn’t come unless the money is there, so the team has taken their project to the pages of Indiegogo where they hope to raise $960,000.
Their goal is not to create another “straight to DVD” movie, but something worthy of the silver screen, and something that will motivate other abductees to share their story.
“We want to get this film made because this man is courageous enough to come forward. He can lead the way for other,” says Tillman and Razo.
