Recently Launched Commission Sumo Creates Buzz, As Premium Guide & Walk-Thru Released By eMarketingChamps
Current release of the Commission Sumo Software makes waves among eMarketing professionals, as premium bonus package released by IM Expert HanifQ. Medium’s promoted stories feature cut.
Chicago, United States – February 2, 2017 /MarketersMedia/ —
The new Commission Sumo is causing worldwide discussion in the digital marketing review underground because it promises to allow marketers to display targeted mini lightbox ads within your content in an automated way.
IM Consultant HanifQ has prepared a comprehensive guide and bonus offer for the Commission Sumo plugin which can be accessed on his review site:

Hanif considers himself as a legitimate Commission Sumo review critic, mainly because of his extensive experience with content marketing and user engagement methods. Hanif recommends that CommissionSumo users withdraw from using Medium’s advertising platform.
Medium, the publishing platform created by Evan Williams (co-founder of Twitter) will be eliminating its Promoted Stories feature, according to an anonymous source. Promoted Stories, an advertisement product, made its beta debut in April 2016, but never moved past the beta testing. Introduced as a way for publishers like Pacific Standard, The Awl, and The Bold Italic to make money on the platform, it was meant for advertisers to pay to have their own posts placed just below the posts of publishers on Medium. Unfortunately, Medium was unable to serve the ads to enough people. Although it reported that Medium had increased their unique visitors from 25 million in 2015 to 60 million in 2016 a boost of 140% that just wasn’t enough to impress publishers who could draw in many times more viewer for their ads on popular platforms like Google, Facebook, or Twitter, who would also have the ability to better target the right audience on those platforms.
Medium’s tossing out of the Promoted Stories product just happened to coincide with its reinvention of its business model, when an announcement came from Williams via blog post on Wednesday the very day that Medium also laid off 50 of its approximately 150 employees. The post did not go into detail on Medium’s overall advertising status. With Medium’s advertising revenue on pause, its publishers may wonder what the future holds for the platform. Williams stated that the company was exploring other models of business, but didn’t elaborate on those prospects. All signs point to a reader-centric business model, rather than an advertiser-based model, with the readers paying for content. This makes sense, given that back in April, Medium introduced a subscription model to bring in revenue, allowing each publisher to individually charge readers who wanted to check out their content, with Medium receiving a cut of the action. Only time will tell if this subscription model or other potential revenue streams will save Medium, or if the 50 layoffs were just a sign of the times to come.
