For the past year, the company has operated with an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) to ensure employees are financially protected now and in the future. According to the company’s board, this move has not only changed the course of our company but has also strengthened the bond within our Renegade family.

Once known primarily for its pump-down staging, the business now offers a wide range of solutions, including cased hole logging and providing equipment rentals to other companies and services.

Justin Foster, operations supervisor for the Renegade district in Andrews, summarized it best during an interview shortly after the ESOP began: “It really evolves around the team we have here, we have a great team of guys to help us all work together to make the company succeed.”
