Solar Company in Las Vegas Offers First Monthly Bill Free And Free Installation In An Effort To Reduce Global Pollution

LAS VEGAS – SolarCity, the leading installer of residential solar panels in the US, and pioneered by the billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk, has released a special offer for new solar customers in Las Vegas. SolarCity will pay eligible customers an amount equivalent to their first full month of service, up to a maximum of $599 on a new solar installation. It’s Musk’s hope this might encourage people to make the transition to cleaner, cheaper solar energy, and make a difference in the world’s pollution levels.

“We have this handy fusion reactor in the sky called the sun, you don’t have to do anything, it just works. It shows up every day.” says Musk. “Government isn’t that good at rapid advancement of technology. It tends to be better at funding basic research. To have things take off, you’ve got to have commercial companies do it.”

Advancements in solar panel technology have increased steadily over the last two decades, and Musk’s company, SolarCity, recently broke a world record in September making the world’s most efficient commercial solar panels. Musk also recently started work on a new $1Billion factory in Buffalo, NY to produce the solar panels that will provide 5000 jobs to Americans and clean energy to America.

“What most people know but don’t realize they know is that the world is almost entirely solar-powered already. If the sun wasn’t there, we’d be a frozen ice ball at three degrees Kelvin, and the sun powers the entire system of precipitation. The whole ecosystem is solar-powered,” states Musk.

Solar energy is considered ‘clean energy’ as it does not cause pollution in generating the energy as does conventional electricity generation. Musk is committed to making a difference through solar energy, and it’s not only he who puts his money where his mouth is. Musk’s companies have received $billions in support from the Government, Honda and Google, amongst others, for their technology.

“SolarCity’s mission has always been to help homeowners and businesses adopt clean power while saving on energy costs,” said Lyndon Rive, CEO of SolarCity. “Our approach is to install systems to the highest engineering standards while making the switch simple for our customers. We’ve revolutionized the way energy is delivered by giving customers a cleaner, more affordable alternative to their monthly utility bill.”
