The company is aiming to provide the best service possible for those experiencing hearing loss and are looking for assistance with their devices. Alongside repairing broken or malfunctioning devices, the center will also offer adjustments for those who need help with their settings.

Customers can expect to benefit from expert advice and guidance when choosing the right device for them.

Clients will also have access to a range of hearing aid accessories that they may not have been able to enjoy before, such as tubing or earmolds in smaller sizes, which are ideal for people with smaller ears. Alongside servicing hearing aids, the company offers cleaning and testing services.

Services Offered:

Hearing aid repair – whether it’s a case of a broken hearing aid linking or a problem with the device itself, our expert technicians are able to work with almost any make or model. We will aim to have your device repaired in a timely fashion so that you can get back to using it as soon as possible. Minor hearing aid repairs are routine and easy for our experts at Southwestern Hearing Center to undertake. Some serious damage may necessitate a return to the hearing aid manufacturer.

Cleaning – the ear is one of the most delicate areas of the body and they are very sensitive to bacteria. They will clean your hearing aids to remove any wax build up, which can affect the performance of the device.

Test and diagnostics – they are able to test for common problems such as feedback or background noise, before offering advice on how to resolve them.

The cost of most hearing aid repairs depends on the concerns corrected. If the hearing aid just needs simple repairs, the customer may simply need to pay for a fast repair professional service. Major faults may necessitate longer repair times and higher component costs. When a hearing aid malfunctions, wearers should call their hearing aid provider as soon as possible.

The team at Southwestern Hearing is lead by veteran hearing specialist Michael Marino, B.C.-H.I.S. who is Nationally Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences and holds a masters certificate in Auditory Prosthesis.
