The Shops @Rockvale Host Mid-February Event Local Makers Market in Lancaster PA

January 25, 2019 – – Kristi Burkholder, General Manager of The Shops @Rockvale is delighted to announce an upcoming Local Makers Market that will be held once a month throughout 2019. The first event will be held February 16, 2019 from 10am-3pm at The Events @ Rockvale Suite #301 next to Steel City Sports and Alfred Dunner.

Shoppers will be able to visit 30 of their favorite local makers all in one spot for this special occasion. A variety of items will be on sale, such as candles, soaps, skincare, woodworking, oils, jewelry, sweets, and other goodies.

The Shops @ Rockvale has the brands that shoppers are looking for at the prices that won’t break the bank,” said Burkholder. For those that love to go shopping, seeing the locally made goods on display can be much more rewarding than just browsing through static pictures online. Residents get to support local merchants and see items, that they might not be able to see normally.

Burkholder also had this to say, “The Shops @Rockvale loves our shops, and we love our local artisans as well. With our Local Maker’s Market, this gives local business owners a chance, and platform to showcase their products. We could not be happier to have this taking place this winter.”
