The campaign is titled “Home is Your Playground,” and the concept came from the idea that home is the one place where you feel the most comfortable and where memories are not only cherished but sought after. Luxury Collection’s creative team planned and produced the entire campaign fully in-house. From the model and wardrobe to the selection of music and location, which was an exceptional Luxury Collection listing courtesy of Debra Johnston, the team meticulously thought out every detail.

This campaign led to an unprecedented amount of growth in the luxury market share for 2019. Luxury Collection experienced a 31% increase in sales volume for homes priced above $750 thousand and a 36% increase for homes priced above $1 million. Additionally, Luxury Collection grew 27.1% in units for homes priced above $750 thousand 31.2% in units for homes priced above $1 million.
