Once this was finished, the audit began immediately. During the audit, there was some needed information that occurred in the year 2012. These happenings took place before the current CEO, JT Thornburg, was involved with the company. Due to this, it took some time to locate and acquire the needed documents and information. Things are progressing nicely and Union Equity’s management team will provide updates as they happen pertaining to the audit. (CSE: VP / FSE: 1JV /Q:VDQSF) is pleased to announce its’ subsidiary, Vodis USA, has signed a sublease agreement and we are moving forward with the development of a Tier 2 Marijuana Production and Processing facility as required by the state law and governed by the Washington State Liquor Board (WSLB) The Vodis facility is expected to be retrofitted to the Vodis production standards within the next 12 weeks and production to begin thereafter..

Vodis will be responsible to retrofit the previously announced lease-to-own facility in Bellingham, Washington to include a turnkey solution for the I-502 production and processing licence to begin marijuana production. That turnkey solution will include state of the art lighting, cooling, security and environmental controls. Vodis is also identifying vertical growing techniques, which would allow the company to further increase the production yields. Additionally, Vodis will also provide the licensee, on a licence basis, access to its Quality Assurance Program (QAP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Generally Accepted Agricultural Practices (GAAP) and extend the Vodis expertise and production services. Furthermore, Vodis will licence the Tier 2 licence holder to distribute products under the Vodis Pharmaceuticals recognized brand name “VIP”.

(TSXV: BTR; FSE: 9BR) (the “Company” or “BonTerra”) provides an update on the newly-named Gladiator Project (formerly the Eastern Extension, Lavoie, and Urban Barry Project) in the Urban-Barry Greenstone Belt of the Abitibi Subprovince in Quebec (the “Property”).

In March, 2015, the President/CEO of the Company, certain investors, and the Company’s geologists and drilling company made a site visit to the Property. The purpose of the site visit was to discuss logistics for the forthcoming field season, examination of core, camp installation, and general use of proceeds.

Upon examination of core at the site visit, it was determined that further analysis on the existing core is required, specifically, the host rock between the high-grade veins. This will accomplish a better understanding of the host rock potential for additional resources. This knowledge will aid in the Company’s approach to exploration and update/enhance the block model which will help envision future mining scenarios. Therefore, an old core-cutting and analysis program will be implemented.

In addition to the old core-cutting program, reassay results of two diamond drillholes within the main zone (BA12-09 and BA12-11), now called the Spartacus Trend located on the West Arena Property, are still pending. Reassay is needed for BA12-09 and BA12-11 to comply with QA/QC protocols.

Mineral resource estimates are reported in the 2011 Snowden 43-101 Technical Report. The Technical Report can be viewed at BonTerra’s website. Tonnes and grade have been reported above a range of gold cut-off grades:

RALEIGH, NC / ACCESSWIRE / April 21, 2015 / Rick White is what some people might call a serial businessman, having run and owned a variety of small businesses from real estate sales to a commodities broker. For a time, he even had a marina, where he rented dock space and sold fishing supplies. That job, he recalls, was only 18 steps from his home, which was a sailboat docked at the marina.

Rick now travels about 35 minutes from home to his job, but he loves what he does. He owns and operates the Cottman center at 4001 N. New Hope Road in Raleigh.

The Evanston, Ill. native spent many years in Florida, including the nine years when he lived on the sailboat. He moved to Durham when he bought the Cottman franchise there in 1997. Three years later, he took over the Raleigh shop, which had been having problems. With a focus on quality customer service, he was able to turn the business around, achieving and maintaining an A+ rating from the local Better Business Bureau.

Rick sold the Durham shop in 2009 to concentrate on building the Raleigh location.
