Leading Criminal Defense Attorney Bryan Hershman Explains Why Sex And Drug Charges Require A Good Attorney – Tacoma, WA

Top criminal defense attorney Bryan Hershman, founder at Bryan Hershman, Attorney At Law in Tacoma, WA, outlines the need for a good laywer when it comes to sex offenses, drug charges, and other serious crimes. For more information please visit

Tacoma, WA, United States – May 31, 2020 /MM-REB/

In a recent interview, leading criminal defense attorney Bryan Hershman, founder at Bryan Hershman, Attorney At Law in Tacoma, WA, explained why sex offenses, drug charges, and other serious crimes require a good lawyer.

For more information please visit

When asked to comment, Hershman said, “Many people who have been charged with a serious criminal offense might consider hiring a lawyer, but not one experienced in criminal defense work. However, the best chance of mounting a successful defense is by retaining an experienced criminal defense attorney.”

A seasoned criminal lawyer will have extensive knowledge and expertise in the criminal justice system, whether it’s handling all the issues regarding bail or bond, preliminary stages of obtaining positive evidence to either defend the client or mitigate the crime, or help navigate the often incomprehensible process of the courts themselves and all their staff.

“Every criminal case requires a different strategy. A criminal attorney with years of experience under their belt knows what it takes to win a case, and they can use this knowledge to get the best out of the criminal justice system,” he said.

Hershman added that a good defense attorney knows members of the criminal justice system, which could help in reducing serious penalties, resolve cases that might otherwise go to trial, and thereby save money for their clients.

Experienced defense lawyers know prosecutors, law enforcement, and judges and can sometimes predict what they will do in the courtroom.

Another reason to hire an experienced criminal litigator is that they can bring resources to the table that might have otherwise been unavailable.

“The prosecution has a lot of resources on their side, so the defense needs to as well. A defense attorney has a wide range of professionals ready to carry out independent investigations including collecting evidence, interviewing key witnesses and experts, and performing any number of tests or diagnostic tools to help sway a jury or judge to a client’s side of the argument,” he said.

Hershman added that an independent investigation helps shed light on your case, and helps to prepare the best possible defense.

Finally, finding the right representation at the beginning of the case so as to defend against serious criminal allegations allows for the case to proceed in a timely manner.

When asked to elaborate, Hershman said, “Time is of the essence in criminal cases. If a skilled criminal trial attorney gets involved early on, much of the worst evidence, such as a client’s confession, can be avoided. Also, should there be video or audio evidence that might clear their client, swift action to preserve such evidence can be the difference between a case never being filed, and one that results in a potential guilty finding after trial. Once you hire an experienced defense attorney, they are quick to take action which increases the chance of a successful outcome.”

Criminal Defense Attorney Kristin Paulding Reveals How Agreeing To A Police Search Can Be Legal Suicide – Virginia Beach

Leading criminal defense attorney Kristin Paulding, founding partner at 7 Cities Law in Virginia Beach, VA, explains why agreeing to a police search is similar to committing legal suicide. For more information please visit

Virginia Beach, VA, United States – May 31, 2020 /MM-REB/

In a recent interview, leading criminal defense attorney Kristin Paulding, founding partner at 7 Cities Law in Virginia Beach, VA, revealed why agreeing to a police search is similar to committing legal suicide.

For more information please visit

When asked to comment, Paulding said, “Consenting to a police search can be detrimental to your case before you even step foot inside a courtroom. This is true even if you are innocent and have nothing to hide.”

What much of the American public is unaware of, according to Paulding, is that saying “no” to a police search is a fundamental right.

“The 4th amendment of the US Constitution protects citizens against unreasonable searches and seizures. Law enforcement must first obtain permission to search either you or your property – unless they have probable cause that a crime has been committed,” he said.

In fact, she said, refusing a police search often works in someone’s favor in court.

“Let’s say that the police wanted to search you, but they didn’t have probable cause. You didn’t provide consent, but law enforcement searched you anyway. This will give your lawyer the upper hand in court, because the officers in charge will have to prove there was probable cause to carry out a search without a warrant,” she added.

Saying “no” to a police search can also, at times, prevent a search altogether.

When asked to explain, Paulding said, “Many people assume that if an officer asks for a search, they will do it no matter what you say. However, if you don’t allow the police to search, and they have no other reason to conduct the search, the encounter should end. Continuing to search you, without your consent or probable cause, will likely not hold up in Court.”

On the other hand, the police will be allowed to produce evidence that could wreak havoc in cases where the client consented to the search.

“Even if you’re positive that you have nothing to hide in your car or home, there’s a chance that an illegal substance could have entered your property without your knowledge. For instance, a friend that you gave a lift could have been carrying a baggie that fell out in the backseat of your car.”

“But even if the police do find something on your property and you didn’t consent to a search, then your lawyer could still challenge whatever evidence law enforcement claims to have against you,” Paulding added.

Leading Bankruptcy Attorney Bryan Keenan Featured On Bankruptcy Debt Podcast Show – Pittsburgh, PA

In a recent episode of Legal Insights podcast, Bryan Keenan, founder of Bryan P. Keenan & Associates, PC in Pittsburgh, PA, expresses why people shouldn’t feel guilty when it comes to declaring bankruptcy. For more information please visit

Pittsburgh, PA, United States – May 31, 2020 /MM-REB/

In a recent episode of Legal Insights podcast, Bryan Keenan, founder of Bryan P. Keenan & Associates, PC in Pittsburgh, PA, explained why people shouldn’t feel guilty when it comes to declaring bankruptcy.

For more information please visit Legal Insights Podcast

When asked to comment, Keenan alluded to the fact that bankruptcy has a negative connotation, and many feel shame and guilt in taking the first step to file.

“More often than not, I find that when someone comes to my office, they feel like a failure and that they’ve given up or are lost. And they get caught up in the stress of their situation, which is a natural human emotion,” he said.

These negative emotions felt by many often stem from a sense of guilt of not being able to pay debt back. However, according to Keenan, the circumstances that caused financial hardship for many are not within their control.

“People find themselves in a scenario in which life just happens – job loss, medical bills, helping a family member. Ultimately when I sit down with people, I help them objectively see how they got to where they are. It wasn’t a matter of being dishonest or because they are a bad person,” he added.

“People need to forgive themselves for things they haven’t done or for feelings of being a failure – that’s simply not the case as life happens.”

Furthermore, many put filing for bankruptcy on the backburner, according to Keenan, due to feelings of shame.

When asked to elaborate, he said, “This is an interesting topic, because bankruptcy can be a private matter. It’s not something that you need to go and share with your family or friends, because other people aren’t living your life. They’re not in your home, they’re not paying your bills, they don’t know what brought you here. By putting off filing for bankruptcy, you’re empowering people who really don’t have any power in your life.”

Keenan further alluded to the fact that one of the most important hurdles that anyone in debt needs to clear is addressing the state of their financial hardship. And often times, it’s easier to speak about financial difficulties and debt with a neutral third-party.

“I find that it’s best to speak with someone who is not emotionally involved in the situation. So when they sit down with me, I objectively go through their situation with them and reassure them that they shouldn’t be ashamed. I want them to be able to tell me what’s wrong – or to confess, so to speak – and put that behind them so they can move forward. Just remember that the goal of bankruptcy is to give you a fresh start,” he said.

Leading Accountant Pauline Ho Reveals How Local Businesses Can Increase Cash Flow During COVID-19 – Orlando, FL

Top CPA Pauline Ho, head accountant at Laus Consulting Services LLC in Orlando, FL, explains how local businesses can boost their cash flow during the COVID-19 health crisis. For more information please visit

Orlando, FL, United States – May 31, 2020 /MM-REB/

In a recent interview, leading CPA Pauline Ho, head accountant at Laus Consulting Services LLC in Orlando, FL, revealed how local businesses can boost their cash flow during the COVID-19 health crisis.

For more information please visit

When asked for a comment, she said, “Not only has the coronavirus outbreak affected every single aspect of life, it’s also thrown us into uncertainty. And uncertainty can be detrimental for many local businesses. However, there are ways to ensure consistent revenue flow during these tough times. Here are some ways I’ve been helping my clients.”

One of the most essential pieces of advice Ho provides her clients is to resume offering business services online.

“Due to lockdown regulations and physical distancing guidelines throughout much of the US, many small businesses that rely on foot traffic and making sales in-person have suffered and lost a significant amount of their cash flow. However, what I tell my clients is that the available technology on the market provides ways that they can continue offering services virtually – and a lot of these are technology solutions that they might not have considered in the past,” she said.

“During these tough times, I’ve also been able to meet the accounting needs of all my clients primarily through email, phone, and video conferencing. It’s important to make these adjustments and to leverage technology to continue offering services,” she added.

Ho further pointed out that often times smaller businesses – such as restaurants and retailers – can make slight changes such as offering curbside pickup and delivery services to continue the inflow of revenue.

Another thing that Ho tells her clientele to keep in mind is to reach out and work with a landlord, vendors, and suppliers.

“It’s no surprise that COVID-19 has affected nearly everyone. The upside of this is that your business is not the only one hurting, and you might be able to strike an alternate deal with the people you normally conduct business with.”

When asked to elaborate, Ho commented, “If you normally work with a vendor, ask if you can make changes to extend your payment terms or if they can offer a temporary grace period. The same goes for landlords if you are leasing a certain location – they might be able to provide a grace period or discount on rent.”

An experienced accountant, according to Ho, can pinpoint where a loss of cash flow is occurring so small business owners know where to focus their attention.

Even after implementing changes, many small businesses might continue to struggle to maintain a healthy cash flow.

“If a business needs additional financial help, many assistance programs at the local, state, and federal level are emerging to help keep small businesses afloat during the coronavirus outbreak. Because all these loan programs are new and subject to growing pains, I work with my clients to provide up-to-date information and to navigate the application process,” she said.

Traditional Businesses In Singapore Turning Towards Technology Fast To Survive Pandemic Conditions

Traditional businesses should take references from those that have successfully transformed their primary offline business models by going online and seek out new technology for better leverage to avoid bleeding out.

May 31, 2020 /MarketersMedia/

Mirroring countermeasures implemented by almost all the developed countries in the world, Singapore’s strict safe distancing and movement control measures to break the chain of transmission of Covid-19 were initiated from the middle of March 2020. These measures have caused traditional businesses that depended mainly on the physical patronage of customers for trade to report drastic drops in sales. In the month of March alone, over 4,000 businesses in Singapore succumbed to the impact and had to wind up. That figure doubled to over 8,000 in April 2020.

There is no way of predicting the end of this pandemic, and the disruptions caused to both citizens and businesses are immense. The best way to counter this is to prepare a business to be able to continue even if the challenging conditions persist for an extended period.

Upon closer examination, most of the traditional businesses that have continued to survive during this period are the ones that have been able to tap onto technology and the internet to make up for the loss of offline sales.

While there were already significant advancements in technology made for online advertising and sales over the recent years, many traditional business owners were still wary and reluctant to get their feet wet before the pandemic hit. Most were worried about the perceived steep learning curve involved in getting their businesses online while being occupied by their day-to-day operations.

But left with literally no choice due to the enforced regulations, they had to face the harsh reality of either having to embrace alternative sales channels by going online, or risk losing everything. For the statistics do not lie – those businesses which had successfully converted and diverted their services and wares online, were the ones who were still generating revenue, despite the restriction of movement of the citizens.

One particular advertising dollar sharing platform, V-MORE has been gaining increasing attention from businesses in Singapore looking to establish an online presence to start monetizing and converting online sales quickly. Most notably about V-MORE and its rising popularity amongst traditional business owners is how it manages to simplify the digital transformation process for even the most technophobic business owner. This is possible due to its unique advertising technology or AdTech platform and its assignment of a partner representative to provide a step by step guidance from inception right through to launch. This process from concept to going live is accelerated by the personalised approach and V-MORE’s powerful backend algorithm, which focuses on primarily on the process of bringing the business to market in the fastest time and reaching the most number of potential customers possible.

Current conditions illustrate the importance of taking advantage of available technology for business continuity now and in the future. More traditional businesses should then take references from those that have successfully transformed their primary offline business models by going online, seek out new technology for better leverage, and hopefully avoid bleeding out.

At least for now, one can seek comfort knowing that there are easy, affordable and quick solutions out there like V-MORE to enable the necessary transformation as early as possible.

Car Insurance 2020 – Top Six Ways To Lower Car Insurance Costs

LOS ANGELES, CA / ACCESSWIRE / May 31, 2020 / ( is a top auto insurance brokerage website, providing car insurance quotes online from trustworthy agencies all over the United States. This website has launched a new blog post that explains how to get a more affordable coverage.

For more info and free car insurance quotes, visit

For many drivers, the costs for maintaining a vehicle and paying for insurance can be quite high, especially for those who are struggling to pay for other household necessities. The price of car insurance is determined after multiple factors have been analyzed. Many of these factors are beyond the driver's control, but some can be changed in order to help the driver pay lower insurance rates.

To save money on car insurance, drivers should follow the next tips:

Maintain or improve the existing credit score. Insurance companies consider that a person's credit score reflects how responsible that person is with his finances. Drivers with poor scores pay more expensive rates. However, they can take some measures in order to improve the score. Keeping a low credit card debt and paying all bills on time will help. For more complicated cases, consult a financial specialist. Having a good FICO score will help drivers get loans and better car insurance rates.
Set higher car insurance deductible levels for comprehensive and collision coverage. Policyholders that have full coverage can save money by simply raising the deductible. Insurers consider that drivers that have higher deductibles are less likely to file a claim. The higher the deductible is, the greater are the car insurance savings.
Purchase a car that is considered safe to drive. Drivers that are looking to purchase a new vehicle, should consider choosing a car that can satisfy their needs and is affordable. Sedans or other types of small cars are ideal for those searching to save money on insurance. Also, drivers that plan on buying a hybrid or electric vehicle should check the various discounts provided by insurers for owning an eco-friendly vehicle.
Keep a clean driving record. Everybody knows that insurers are offering discounts to drivers that manage to keep clean driving records for a certain number of years. A clean driving record should have no accidents, traffic tickets, DUI incidents, or other violations related to a driver's license. Keep in mind that traffic violations are not kept forever in the report and after some years, they will no longer have an effect on car insurance rates. Make sure to compare insurance quotes periodically.
Attend and graduate a defensive or refresher driving course. Drivers that manage to graduate a defensive driving course will obtain a discount that is between 5% to 20% of their insurance premiums. Attendants of these courses will learn about the new updates on the local driving laws, how to remain safe on the road, and new driving techniques.
Combine multiple insurance policies under the same contract. An easy method used to save money on insurance is to bundle multiple policies. Insurers will offer generous discounts to drivers that bundle at least two policies. The more policies are bundled, the larger is the provided discount. Depending on the insurance company, drivers can get car insurance, homeowners' insurance, renters' insurance, motorcycle insurance, life insurance, and even boat insurance all covered under one policy.
