Vascepa remains FDA approved for use as an adjunct to diet to reduce triglyceride (TG) levels in adult patients with severe (>500 mg/dL) hypertriglyceridemia. Current Vascepa labeling remains unchanged. The ANCHOR sNDA sought to expand approved Vascepa labeling to include use as an adjunct to diet to reduce TG levels in adult patients on statin therapy with mixed dyslipidemia (one or more lipid disorder) and triglyceride levels from 200 to 499 mg/dL, the ANCHOR population.

As previously guided by Amarin, the CRL has been expected in recent months following Amarin’s determination to not further appeal the October 2013, FDA ANCHOR Special Protocol Assessment (SPA) agreement rescission after the reconsideration and denial of the rescission appeal at three levels of increasing authority within the FDA. The originally assigned Prescription Drug User Fee Act, or PDUFA, goal date for the completion of the ANCHOR sNDA was December 20, 2013.”

On this news, shares of Amarin fell $0.19 per share, to $1.96, or more than 8.83%, on intraday trading on April 28, 2015.

Ausdom? Nope, I never heard of the brand, either. Luckily, I was able to test-drive the M04 before sharing the deal. Let’s start with the good: These are attractive, very solid-feeling headphones, with a padded headband and earcups and a nice brushed-metal veneer on the earcups’ outer side.

Those earcups can each rotate 90 degrees, thus allowing the M04 to lie “flat” for easier storage. The rechargeable battery, which charges via a standard Micro-USB cable, is good for an impressive 20 hours of listening (according to Ausdom).

I had no trouble pairing the M04 with my iPhone — though there’s an included stereo cable if you want a wired connection to, say an MP3 player. Either way, you can use built-in buttons — three on each earcup — to control volume and playback.

Most important of all: to my ears, the headphones sounded great. My go-to test track is Parov Stelar’s “All Night,” which delivers a veritable kitchen sink of musical styles and ranges. Loved it. Same for the Adele station I streamed through Pandora.

The M04 includes a microphone for hands-free calls. My test call sounded fine, and the person at the other end reported the same. It’s a little weird talking when both your ears are covered, but as long as you make an effort not to shout, it’s all good.

Of course, like virtually all over-the-ear headphones, these get uncomfortable after a while. The control buttons are small and stiff, and it takes some time to memorize the layout. I also found that volume levels dropped off a bit when I tried a wired connection.

Those minor gripes aside, this is a really solid pair of headphones, especially at this price. Frankly, I didn’t expect them to be this good.

2015 Exploration Campaign to Commence at Silver Cliff Colorado Project

(TSX-V: VML) (“Viscount” or “the Company”), a mineral resource exploration company with a portfolio of past producing gold and silver mines and exploration properties in the Western United States, is pleased to announce the 2015 exploration campaign is poised to commence on the Silver Cliff Project in Custer County Colorado

The Silver Cliff Property (the “Property”) lies within the historic Hardscabble Silver District, where high grade silver, gold and base metal production came from numerous mines during the period 1878 to 1894. The property underwent substantial exploration between 1967 and 1984. Companies who became involved with Silver Cliff since 1976 included, but was not limited to; Freeport, Homestake, Moly Corp, FMC, CoCo Mines, Hecla and Tenneco. Work completed at Silver Cliff has included drilling of approximately 350 holes.
