Home Concierge Takes Stand Against Child Abuse By Donating 2% From Every Sale To ISPCC

Home Concierge, the innovative new Dublin based house cleaning service, announced today they would donate 2% of all revenue to the Irish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children. More information on their services is available at http://homeconcierge.ie.

Dublin, Ireland – April 24, 2015 /PressCable/

Home Concierge, the innovative new Dublin based house cleaning service, announced today that they’ve started donating 2% from every cleaning, to help vulnerable children in Ireland.

The Irish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (ISPCC) operates the Childline service which has been running for over 26 years and is Ireland’s only 24 hour listening service for children and young people.

Home Concierge owner Oisin McHale claimed it was the recent announcement that 300 Irish children had called Childline threatening suicide in 2014, that prompted the company to take action.

He said that it was important for the general public to get involved too, because the Childline service is funded primarily by the generosity of the Irish people.

The service answers over 40,000 calls every month and has in the past required emergency fundraising to prevent it from shutting down entirely.

He said they’re thrilled to be able to give to an organisation that has given so much and done so much good over the years.

They’ve always admired the ISPCC and the work they do in keeping Ireland’s young people safe from harm.

He went on to say, “With all the talk in recent years of corporate greed and excess, we thought it was time to show the public that there are socially responsible businesses out there who firmly believe in supporting the local community. Our company’s mission is to support and nurture our cleaners by paying fair wages, wow our customers by performing remarkable home cleanings and making a difference in the community by supporting a worthwhile charity. It was a tough choice, as there are many brilliant charities, but we are confident we’ve made a great choice. Ultimately, our hope is that if we are seen to be helping out, then maybe we can inspire others to do the same.”

He added finally, that now anyone who purchases a home cleaning will not only get a wonderfully clean and fresh smelling home, but they can also feel good knowing they are doing their part to help protect children in Ireland too.

Callinex Intersects 44.2 Meters of 4.0% Copper Equivalent Mineralization

Highlights: Hole PBM004 intersected 18.1 meters of 5.5% Cu Eq. over a larger interval of 44.2 meters of 4.0% Cu Eq. at Pine Bay; Two of the five holes completed intersected high-grade copper mineralization; and Plans to complete a NI 43-101 Technical Report and Resource Estimate

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIE / April 24, 2015 / Callinex Mines Inc. (the “Company” or “Callinex”) (TSX-V: CNX; OTCQX: CLLXF) is pleased to announce that it has completed Phase One of the previously announced two-phase 4,000m drilling campaign. A total of five holes were completed for 1,425m in the vicinity of the Pine Bay deposit. The drilling campaign was successful in intersecting high-grade copper mineralization along with verifying the Company’s recently compiled geological database. These results, combined with recently verified historic work, will be valuable in the expanded Phase Two drilling campaign to be conducted this summer.

The Phase One drilling campaign focused on confirming historic mineralization and testing targets in the immediate vicinity of the Pine Bay deposit. After the first four holes were completed the Company postponed drilling several high priority targets along the favorable Sourdough Trend. The decision to postpone further drilling was due to safety concerns over ice thickness in the Sourdough Bay area of Athapapuskow Lake. The successful confirmation holes and validated geological database will be instrumental in moving forward on plans to complete a NI 43-101 Technical Report and Resource Estimate at the Pine Bay Project.

Max Porterfield, President and CEO stated, “These results demonstrate that Pine Bay hosts high-grade mineralization over considerable widths in proximity to historic underground workings and nearby processing facilities. Our team now has confidence in our database to support a modern resource estimate, which is significant given that nearly all historic drilling was completed in the 1960s.” Mr. Porterfield continued, “We will be expanding Phase Two of our drilling campaign this summer and are looking forward to testing several high priority land-based targets.”

The expanded Phase Two drilling campaign will consist of approximately 10 holes totaling a minimum of 2,500m. The objective will be to test prospective land-based targets at the Pine Bay and Flin Flon projects. The geology of the targeted areas consists of several mineralized horizons that are similar to host rocks of the historic Flin Flon mine, where more than 60 million tonnes of ore have been mined. The Company is currently conducting ground geophysics to further evaluate the most prospective targets for drilling.

Discussion of Phase One Drilling Campaign

In advance of the first phase of drilling, which had the mandate to focus on lake-based targets at the Pine Bay Project, the Company completed significant work to mitigate risk and maximize opportunities. The Company’s technical team compiled and digitized historic data that included over 700 drill holes. In addition, over 50-line km of ground geophysics was completed based on interpretation of previously completed airborne geophysical surveys. This process identified the Pine Bay deposit as having potential for expansion and additional precious metal values. The work also identified the Sourdough Trend as an area with potential to host a new discovery. In particular, the Company identified targets along strike in both directions of the Sourdough deposit as having good potential for new discoveries.

The campaign commenced on targets in close proximity to the Pine Bay deposit with plans to move the rig to the Sourdough targets, located approximately 5km along strike to the south. A total of five holes were completed in the immediate vicinity of the Pine Bay Project before ice levels diminished. Due to ice conditions the drilling campaign was unable to test these targets; however, they remain a priority for future lake-based winter drilling. A discussion on each hole completed in Phase One is outlined below.

PBM001: Intersected copper mineralization near the southwestern edge of the Pine Bay deposit. The intercept includes 4.0m of 2.5% Cu Eq. including 1.2m of 3.8% Cu Eq. An additional narrow zone of copper and gold mineralization was encountered further down-hole.

The hole was also designed to follow-up on a potential gold zone located approximately 130m south of the Pine Bay deposit. Previous drilling, consisting of one hole, defined mineralization however no follow-up drilling had been completed despite assays that ended in increasing gold mineralization with the final 5.5m assayed at 5.1 g/t gold. This mineralization was originally reported in ounces per ton but has been converted to grams per tonne. Hole PBM001 intersected 3.0m of 0.9 g/t Au Eq. within a larger 9.2m interval of disseminated sulfides. It appears that drilling may have intercepted the periphery of the gold zone and that additional drilling is necessary to determine the overall grade and size of this zone.

PBM002: Drilled to test a magnetic anomaly with a similar signature to the Pine Bay deposit and test a weak electromagnetic conductor that plunged away from historic drilling. The Company also identified a historic hole that was plotted in this area that intersected high-grade zinc. The hole did not encounter any significant mineralization.

PBM003: Targeted a newly projected plunge of the Pine Bay deposit at depth. Data from a recently completed geophysical grid over the Pine Bay deposit indicated a northeastern trending plunge to the electromagnetic anomaly that correlated with historic drilling. The Company planned an aggressive step-out of approximately 200m along strike in order to maximize the radius of borehole geophysics to confirm the projected plunge.

When drilled, the hole deviated an additional 50m away from the planned target and did not encounter any significant copper mineralization; however, a borehole geophysical survey located an anomaly at depth towards the deposit. The Company believes this target indicates that there is good potential for additional mineralization along the projected plunge where the stratigraphy is also consistent with the Pine Bay deposit. Additional drilling is necessary to determine the significance of the potential mineralization.

PBM004: Drilled to test for potential stacked lenses behind the Pine Bay deposit while also providing confirmation drilling to validate the Company’s data compilation work. The hole intersected the primary deposit and encountered 44.2m of 4.0% Cu Eq. including a higher grade interval of 18.1m of 5.5% Cu Eq. The hole demonstrated significant thickness within the primary deposit and higher grades than historic drilling.

PBM005: Tested a land-based target located along the favorable Sourdough Trend and approximately 460m from the Pine Bay mine shaft. The target featured intense chloritic alteration at surface adjacent to mapped fragmental volcanic rocks and near known mineralization. The hole did not encounter any significant mineralization.

Notes:

1. Copper equivalent grades are based on spot metal prices as of February 11, 2015: copper US$2.55/lb, zinc $0.95/lb, gold US$1225 per oz, silver US$16.65 per oz. Metal recoveries of 100% are applied in the copper equivalent calculation. The copper equivalent calculation is as follows; Cu Eq = Cu grade + ((Zn grade%/100*2000 x Zn price) + (Au grade/32.15 x Ag price) + (Ag grade/32.15 x Ag price)/Cu price/20).

2. Drill composites were calculated using cut-offs of 0.50 g/t for gold mineralization and 1.00% for copper equivalent mineralization with a minimum down-hole length of 0.4 meters.

3. Dip and Azimuth for the holes are as follows: PBM001 (335, -50), PBM002 (130, -60), PBM003 (320, -65), PBM004 (315, -45), PBM005 (290, -50)

4. True widths are interpreted to be between 65-100% of the reported lengths.

5. Numbers may not add due to rounding.

QA/QC

Individual samples were labeled, placed in plastic sample bags, and sealed. Groups of samples were then placed in security sealed bags and shipped directly to AcmeLabs in Vancouver, B.C. for analysis. Samples were crushed and pulverized to produce a 250g split. All samples were analyzed for gold by Fire Assay of a 30 gram (1 assay ton) charge by AAS, or if over 10.0 g/t were re-assayed and completed with a gravimetric finish. Ag, Cu, and Zn were determined by ICP-MS, with overlimits (>100 ppm Ag, >20,000 ppm Zn, and >10,000 ppm Cu) completed by fire assay with gravimetric finish (Ag) or 4-acid digestion with ICP-ES finish (Cu). QA/QC included the insertion and continual monitoring of numerous standards and blanks into the sample stream at a frequency of 1 per 10 samples, and the collection of duplicate samples at random intervals within each batch at a frequency of 1 per 10 samples.

Loretta Lynch’s Confirmation As Attorney General Yields Added Victory For Felix Sater

Attempt To Use Sater In Campaign Failed To Derail Lynch’s Confirmation, And Sater’s Confidential Documents Have Been Ordered Returned By Federal Magistrate

NEW YORK, NY / ACCESSWIRE / April 24, 2015 / Frederick Oberlander and Richard Lerner, attorneys for Jodi L. Kriss, have been ordered by a Federal Magistrate to return documents taken from Felix Sater and the Bayrock Group or face imprisonment. The court order came just days prior to Loretta Lynch’s confirmation as Attorney General. Oberlander and Lerner, had accused Lynch of misconduct in her handling of the Felix Sater case in her role as US Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, and questioned her nomination for Attorney General.

Ms. Lynch confirmed the propriety of her actions with respect to Mr. Sater’s case in testimony to Senator Orrin Hatch at the Senate Hearings. Lynch told Sen. Hatch, “The defendant in question, Felix Sater, provided valuable and sensitive information to the government during the course of his cooperation, which began in or about December 1998. For more than 10 years, he worked with prosecutors from my Office, the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York and law enforcement agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation and other law enforcement agencies, providing information crucial to national security and the conviction of over 20 individuals, including those responsible for committing financial fraud and members of La CosaNostra. For that reason, his case was initially sealed.”

Sater’s attorneys, Robert Wolf and Michael Beys have claimed in court that, Lerner, Oberlander, and Kriss have used sealed documents without authorization -which the courts found to have been taken from Sater-in order to elicit a billion-dollar settlement in lawsuits brought by Kriss (a disgruntled former business associate who was fired by Sater), in partnership with his attorneys.

Wolf and Beys states this lawsuit, based on a 20- year-old crime, was brought about against those who supposedly cooperated with Sater-including Nixon Peabody, Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, AkermanSenterfitt, Donald and Ivanka Trump, iStar Financial and a federal prosecutor for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York.

Wolf and Beys describe, as part of their plan, Oberlander and Lerner filed a series of lawsuits over the past six years and then continued by going after Loretta Lynch herself with accusations.

Oberlander and Lerner’s misconduct has been uniformly condemned by the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and several Judges from the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. In connection with their conduct in the courts of the Eastern District of New York, they were referred for criminal investigation by Judge Brian M. Cogan, in that district. The investigation is currently pending.

Sater’s attorneys believe Oberlander and Lerner’s purpose for Loretta Lynch, among other things, was to claim retaliation by the Department of Justice should the pending investigation lead to their prosecution. “Loretta Lynch headed up Eastern District of New York as United States Attorney. We believe Oberlander and Lerner planned to claim that any prosecution was political, in response for their questioning of Ms. Lynch during the confirmation hearing,” Beys stated.

Wolf and Beys continued, “We’re pleased Loretta Lynch has finally been confirmed as Attorney General. Coupled with the fact that Oberlander and Lerner have been ordered by a Federal Magistrate to return the documents taken from our client, Felix Sater and the Bayrock Group, or face imprisonment, we believe justice has prevailed.”

He is the pound-for-pound No. 1 fighter in the world and at 38, could be nearing the end of his career. With a victory in this fight, he will keep his undefeated streak alive and earn the title of greatest fighter of this generation. During his career, he has beaten the best fighters in his weight class including Miguel Cotto, Juan Manuel Marquez, Oscar De La Hoya, “Canelo” Alvarez, and Zab Judah, and in many cases, did so handily. Despite his undefeated mark, the one reason that some would avoid calling him the best in the world is not fighting Pacquiao. On May 2nd, that could change.

Pacquiao, the 36-year-old from the Philippines will come into this fight with a 57-5-2 record. After beating his greatest rival Marquez in late 2011, many felt that he may have been a win away from convincing Mayweather to step into the ring with him. Unfortunately for Pacquiao and the boxing world, he lost to Timothy Bradley in what was one of the worst decisions in the history of combat sports. He looked to rebound by fighting Marquez again. In their fourth fight against one another, Marquez shocked everyone watching by knocking out Pacquiao in the sixth round. The dream fight with Mayweather was presumed dead forever, but Pacquiao has now won three straight and will step inside the ring for all the glory.

The MGM Grand Garden Arena is one of the top venues for combat sports, as it commonly hosts the Ultimate Fighting Championship, and has been the site of the past 10 Mayweather fights, and five of the past seven for Pacquiao. The 16,180 capacity venue will be filled with fans from around the world looking to watch what could be the best fight of all time.
