(TSXV: EVM) (“Evrim” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that further to the Company’s news release on April 27, 2015, the Ball Creek agreement (the “Agreement”) between Evrim and Paget Minerals Corp. (“Paget”) has been approved by Paget’s shareholders. Ball Creek is an early stage exploration target prospective for copper-gold-molybdenum porphyry and epithermal gold-silver deposits. The project covers a 520 square kilometre area in the Golden Triangle in northwest British Columbia.

Evrim acknowledges that the Company will be working in the traditional territory of the Tahltan First Nation and is committed to open and respectful dialogue.

About the Ball Creek Property

The Ball Creek property is located along the Eskay Rift and the Jurassic unconformity, features that have been highlighted in work by the B.C. Geological Survey as possible regional-scale controls on significant gold and copper mineralized systems.(1) Several copper gold porphyry and gold epithermal systems are in close proximity on the project and exhibit significant and complex alteration representing strong and long-lived hydrothermal systems.

The Main zone has seen most work to date with several geophysical surveys and over 11,800 metres of drilling. Several target areas and vectors remain untested, however, including coincident chargeability and magnetic anomalies from the IP survey completed in late 2012. Peripheral to the Main zone, there are additional mineralized systems at the Cliff, Goat and ME zones. These zones form a cluster of mineralized centres with a five by two kilometre footprint, with only limited exploration. The drill intersections to date at the Main zone have been of sufficient grade and width to indicate a gold-copper porphyry system with similar metal ratios as Red Chris and GJ/Kinaskan.

Outlying targets at Ball Creek include epithermal gold mineralization adjacent to the Hank gold deposit, and the Mess copper porphyry system, approximately ten kilometres southeast of Schaft Creek. The Mess Zone is a four by three kilometre area of gold-copper geochemical anomalies associated with propylitic alteration and fracture-controlled and disseminated sulphide mineralization in both volcanic and porphyritic intrusive rocks. Limited historic drilling in the Mess Zone has confirmed encouraging copper-gold mineralization but the zone remains largely untested.

Evrim’s work program this summer aims to establish an understanding of the regional and local controls on the deposits and mineralization with an aim to further targeting of new zones and developing existing mineralized volumes.

To acquire a 100% interest in the Ball Creek project, Evrim will pay to Paget C$150,000 and additional consideration consisting of cash or shares, at Evrim’s election, in the event certain exploration milestones are made or joint venture payments are received. The Ball Creek property is also subject to an underlying 2% net smelter royalty (NSR), of which half can be purchased for $1.0 million.

Technical Info, QA/QC and Qualified Persons

Drill orientations are roughly perpendicular to dip of mineralized zones and true widths of mineralized zones represent minimum 90% of reported core intervals.

Diamond drill holes were drilled with NQ-size core, except for holes that traversed underground workings which were completed using BQ-size core. The core was sealed and delivered by the drilling contractor to NioGold’s facilities located at the Norlartic mine site. The core was photo-graphed for reference, logged and mineralised sections were sawed in half. Sample lengths vary between 0.5 to 1.5 metres. Half core samples were bagged, sealed and delivered to Actlabs in Ste Germaine Boule, Quebec, which is an accredited laboratory. The remaining core is stored on site for reference. Samples were assayed by the fire-assay method using an atomic absorption finish on a 50-gram pulp split. A quality assurance and quality control program (QA/QC) was implemented by NioGold and the laboratory to insure the precision and reproducibility of the analytical method and results. The QA/QC program includes the insertion of standards, blanks and field duplicates in the sample batches sent to the laboratory and a systematic re-assaying of samples returning values above 3 g/t Au by fire-assay using a gravimetric finish. As well, pulps grading above 0.5 g/t Au or mineralized intervals are sent to Bourlamaque Assay Laboratories Ltd. in Val-d’Or for check assaying.

Drill program design and monitoring, core logging and sample preparation are being executed at NioGold’s facilities in Val d’Or, under the supervision of Yan Ducharme, M.Sc., P.Geo. (OGQ), NioGold’s Vice-President Exploration and a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101. QA/QC program utilized is consistent with NI 43-101 and industry best practice standards. L’orientation des forages est approximativement perpendiculaire aux zones mineralisees et l’epaisseur reelle represente un minimum de 90% de l’intervalle rapporte.

Les trous de forage au diamant sont de calibre NQ, a l’exception des trous qui devaient traverser des excavations souterraines, ou le forage etait de calibre BQ. Les boites de carottes etaient scellees, puis livrees par l’entrepreneur en forage aux installations de NioGold situees sur le site de la mine Norlartic. Les carottes ont ete photographiees pour reference future, decrites et les sections mineralisees sciees en deux. La longueur des echantillons varie entre 0.5 et 1.5 metre. Les demi-carottes de forage echantillonnees ont ete ensachees, les sacs scelles et livres aux laboratoires de Techni-Lab a Sainte-Germaine Boule, Quebec, un laboratoire d’analyse certifie. L’autre demi-carotte est entreposee sur le site pour reference future. Les echantillons ont ete analyses par pyroanalyse avec un fini par absorption atomique sur des fractions de pulpes de 50 g. Un programme d’assurance de la qualite et de controle de la qualite (AQ/CQ) a ete mis en oeuvre par NioGold et le laboratoire dans le but d’assurer la precision et la reproductibilite de la methode et des resultats analytiques. Le programme d’AQ/CQ comprend l’insertion d’echantillons de reference, de blancs et de duplicatas de terrain dans chaque lot d’echantillons expedie au laboratoire, et la reanalyse systematique de tous les echantillons qui montrent des teneurs superieures a 3 g/t Au, par pyroanalyse avec fini gravimetrique. De plus, les pulpes dont la teneur est superieure a 0.5 g/t Au sont expediees au Laboratoire d’analyse Bourlamaque Ltee de Val-d’Or pour des analyses de verification.

La conception et surveillance du programme de forage, la description de carottes et la preparation des echantillons sont effectues dans les installations de NioGold a Val d’Or, sous la supervision de Yan Ducharme, M.Sc., geo. (OGQ), Vice-president de l’exploration de NioGold et personne qualifiee tel que defini par le Reglement 43-101. Le programme de AQ/CQ utilise est en accord avec les normes du NI 43-101 et les meilleures pratiques de l’industrie. Le present communique a ete prepare par M. Ducharme.

Corporation miniere NioGold est une societe d’exploration aurifere. Ses principaux projets sont situes au coeur du district minier aurifere de l’Abitibi, dans la province de Quebec.
