The new plant was originally commissioned in August 2013 and is now active, including a Primary Crushing Station with a heavy-duty Lippmann 3862 Portable Electric Jaw Crushing Plant with a huge opening yet a low profile, combined with a 62” x 10′ Scalping Screen, fed by a Heavy-Duty Apron Feeder with 59” steel apron pans and 45′ sprocket centers. A 100 cubic yard hopper can be rear loaded and accept an astonishing 100 ton live load. The plant is capable of producing approximately 700,000 tons per year.

The custom plant was designed by Lippman, who specializes in jaw crushers and impact crushers, in partnership with civil engineers from Lannon Stone, and a incorporates a 60” x 100′ front discharge conveyor, by-pass chute, heavy duty I beam support structure, and all chutes, guards, operator platforms, walkways and staircases. Finally, there is a 10′ x 10′ control house with visibility for the entire crushing station.
