January 30, 2017 – – Southern California Retirement Council (SCRC) has just announced they will be the main sponsor of the first annual Gymkhana & Color Run Fundraiser, for Unconditional Love Foundation, Dog and Horse Rescue (ULF). Funds will be allotted for the rescue and aid of animals in disaster stricken areas.
