RE Royalties Declares Dividend to Shareholders

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / September 30, 2019 / RE Royalties Ltd. (TSXV:RE) ("RE Royalties" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors of the Company has declared a cash distribution of $0.01 per issued and outstanding common share for the quarter ending September 30, 2019.

The distribution is payable on November 6, 2019 to shareholders of record on October 16, 2019.

The distribution is designated by the Company to be a dividend for the purpose of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any similar provincial or territorial legislation. The aggregate distributions declared for the current fiscal year total $0.03 per common share.

Zack Creed Announces Multi-Purpose Golf Center to Open in East Oakville

OAKVILLE, ON / ACCESSWIRE / September 30, 2019 / Zack Creed, professional golf instructor and businessman, is pleased to announce the grand opening of East Oakville's first multi-purpose golf center on November 16th, 2019. PARfect Swing is located at 2061 Cornwall Road and will be available for bookings on November 17th.

PGA professional Zack Creed, his father Chris and mother, Karen Glover, will be operating the family business, which will offer 3 state-of-the-art Trackman powered simulators, one of which is outfitted for teaching and club fitting; a putting green, fully stocked golf shop, mens and women's apparel, equipment and a snack bar.

As a professional golf instructor, Creed has more than 10 years of experience helping other golfers improve their game. He saw PARfect Swing as an opportunity to enhance his services.

In 2015, Creed shifted focus to learning the business side of golf as a sales & marketing professional for Midas Event Supply. Among his responsibilities at the company, he was in charge of selling new golf products to the U.S. market, serving as a trade show representative to club managers and evaluating the Midas expansion into the Canadian market.
