First Class Trip Reviews only accept reviews from travelers that submit evidence of their travel which means all reviews are authentic.
According to First Class Trip Reviews, Skytrax, a United Kingdom-based consumer aviation agency, has been conducting surveys on customer satisfaction in terms of airlines since 1999, and has since become the most well-respected source in the industry for information on various airlines’ customer satisfaction.
Skytrax’s annual “Best Airlines in the World” ranking for 2018, which was compiled with data from more than 20 million entries, also evaluated which business-class cabin sits supreme in their 2018 rankings. The 2018 report looked at more than 355 airlines and measured customer satisfaction through multiple subcategories under the three main categories of cabin service, experience at the airport, and the onboard product of the flight.
According to First Class Trip Review, Skytrax’s data showed that Qatar Airways was voted the world’s best business class airline. Qatar Airways’ business-class seats were also named the best in the world. The airline was closely followed by Singapore Airlines, which came in second in both categories. Meanwhile, First Class Trip Reviews says that Skytrax’s report showed that Turkish Airlines had the best business-class lounge and best lounge dining, while Austrian Airlines won the award for best business-class onboard catering.

The data also showed that Hainan Airlines, based out of China, beat out both Qatar Airways and the Taiwanese-based EVA Air when it came to the best business-class comfort amenities ranking—the category which ranks comfort essentials like pillows, wash-kits, duvets, blankets, pajamas, and hot-and-cold towel service.
Across the world, Ethiopian Airlines got the most votes for the best business class in Africa, Singapore Airlines for the best business class in Asia, Lufthansa for the best business class in Europe, Hainan Airlines for the best business class in China, Qatar Airways for the best business class in the Middle East (in addition to, of course, the best business class in the entire world), Azul Airlines for the best in South America, and Air Canada for the best business class in North America. However, only one United States-based airline won any award: United Airlines, which was named as having the best business-class lounge in the US.
