RENO, NV / ACCESSWIRE / December 11, 2019 / Pershing Resources Company, Inc., (OTC PINK:PSGR), a precious and base metals exploration and mining company, today announced the closing of a private placement of 10 million units (the "Units") at a price of five cents ($0.05) per Unit raising a total of $500,000, before deducting costs and expenses of the offering. Each Unit is comprised of four shares of common stock of the Company ("Common Stock") and one redeemable warrant for the purchase of one share of Common Stock ("Redeemable Warrant") during the exercise period. The 10 million Units issued by the Company consist, in the aggregate, of 40 million shares of Common Stock of the Company and 10 million Redeemable Warrants.

Swansway Motor Group has announced that the arrival of its fourth Motor Match showroom will come in early 2020, with the new store being located at the junction of Tollgate Drive and the A513. Following hot on the heels of its current stores in Bolton, Chester, and Stockport, the brand is thought to be very confident that the new dealership will satisfy the growing demands for used vehicles in the Stafford region.

The decision to finally open a store in the Stafford region has surfaced after the growing success of the Motor Match brand as a subsidiary found in the parent group’s existing Stafford operations, with Stafford Land Rover and Stafford Audi highlighting the potential or the used vehicle branch to thrive.

Head of Motor Match, Bob Quirk explained: “It’s a great location, which we originally bought to assist with Stafford Land Rover Aftersales work when the site suffered a fire in the workshop. With the Land Rover centre now fully operational again, this location is perfect for our first stand-alone Motor Match store.

“The Motor Match store will have over a hundred used cars on display and offer and will open in the New Year.”

Quirk will be joined in overseeing the opening of the new venture by Stafford Land Rover’s Head of Business, John Nimbley. The pair are currently recruiting for a team of four Sales Executives, Used Car Sales Manager and Assistant, to be in-situ when the site launches in 2020. With the power of the Swansway Motor Group behind it, the new dealership is sure to hit top gear right away.
