MANCHESTER, UK / ACCESSWIRE / July 25, 2020 / A Manchester based cyber technology firm has put forward pilot programmes to the UK Government's Department Of Culture Media & Sport (DCMS) and the Prime Minister's office to help get football, rugby and sports fans back into stadiums following Boris Johnson's announcement to get stadiums open by October.

The pilot programmes called 'FANS ARE BACK' – which are widely regarded as 'game changing' in getting sports fans back into stadiums – has also been given the blessing of former Sports Minister Richard Caborn.

The pilot programmes will use the most advanced Covid-19 rapid testing kits which produce test results in 10 minutes along with GDPR compliant digital health passports to authenticate and validate Covid-19 test results. Unlike contact tracing apps used by the Government, the V-Health Passport® does not track or trace a persons live location or breach personal privacy protocols and ensures personal data is ultra secure to the fan using the most advanced security protocols and encryption.

VST Enterprises Ltd (VSTE) a leading British technology company along with its sports partners REDSTRIKE, public safety and event management partners HALO Solutions and occupational health care company Latus Health have put forward active pilot proposals to DCMS to get football and rugby union and rugby league fans back into sports stadiums across the UK in a safe and controlled manner.

'FANS ARE BACK' pilot programs will cover football, rugby and snooker initially working with DCMS, Public Health England, SGSA (Sports Ground Safety Authority) and the various bodies including the Premier League, RFU, RFL and World Snooker. Upon its successful trials other pilot programs will then be rolled out across music concerts, theatre and other entertainment venues.

The pilot programmes will see a sample group of between 500-5000 home fans tested a day prior to a specially designated football or rugby match using a Covid-19 rapid test kit. Each testing kit will also be provided with an ultra secure digital health passport to be used on the fan's mobile phone called V-Health Passport®. The ultra secure digital passport will authenticate and validate the fans Covid-19 status.

The V-Health Passport® is a unique cyber security technology app powered by the ultra secure VCode® which works alongside a Covid-19 testing kit to provide an intelligent traffic light system on a smart phone to authenticate a persons test status of positive or negative. "Red" indicates a positive, "Green" indicates a negative test result and "Amber" indicates a countdown trigger date to the next test date required.

Unlike other technologies, V-Health Passport®, does not use unsafe bluetooth technology or compromise personal privacy and security. V-Health Passport® provides a unique verification of a persons health test and status. All private data is limited and ultra secure with end to end encryption using closed loop technology and making the passport unhackable.

The FANS ARE BACK pilot programmes will be overseen by event safety team HALO Solutions Ltd who have unrivalled expertise in public safety and event management. The team have extensive experience managing and supporting events such as the Cricket World Cup 2019, Isle Of Wight Festivals, BBC Sports Personality Of The Year to British Athletics providing event safety and management.

Medical administration and testing will be carried out by Latus Health and Infinite Global Possibilities who have extensive experience in occupational health for corporates and Covid -19 testing with clients ranging from investment bank JP Morgan to Morrison's supermarkets.

'FANS ARE BACK' – PILOT WALK-THROUGH -HOW DOES IT WORK?

A test group of home fans will be selected by their football or rugby team randomly to attend the pilot FANS ARE BACK event. Each will be instructed to download the V-Health Passport® onto their mobile phone prior to the testing day. The fan will then enter their details, name, address, date of birth, phone number doctors details onto their V-Health Passport® and also confirm their official identity by uploading their official Government ID in the form of passport or drivers licence document. The uploaded documents are then verified against the phone's facial recognition to match the persons details in a "likeness test".

The sample group of fans will then be invited to attend and take a Covid-19 rapid test at a pre defined location, by pre booked appointment the day prior to the event. Upon arrival at the test site they will be asked to present their V-Health Passport® for scanning and a temperature check will be taken before being directed to a test station for the Covid 19 test.

The test takes 1 minute to administer with Covid results in 10 minutes. The fans test status is then uploaded to their V-Health Passport®. The V-Health Passport® will then show a GDPR compliant screen when presented to officials for scanning showing the fans official photograph and a green traffic light symbol to confirm 'negative' test status and the date of the test. A more in depth and detailed screen can only be viewed by authorised medical staff. The fan is then advised to return home and self isolate until the pilot match the next day.

On match day the fans are then invited to return to the stadium and present their V-Health Passport® which is scanned by event security officials and stewards to confirm who they are and their valid V-Health Passport® and Covid-19 test status. The V-Health Passport® can be scanned by officials up to 100 metres away in social distancing and while crowds are ingesting into an event, thus preventing choke points and bottle necks on entry.

The details uploaded to the V-Health Passport® can also then be used for contact tracing purposes working with the NHSX teams if a person tested positive in the test day prior to the event. All data from the pilot FANS ARE BACK event will then be fed back to DCMS, Public Health England and the NHS.

Latus Health Care along with Infinite Possibilities Global will administer the Covid-19 tests to fans using a three in one rapid test kit which tests for IgA, IgM and IgG on fans and will also provide medical staff for administration. VSTE and its partners REDSTRIKE will provide the secure digital health passport V-Health Passport® to upload, validate and authenticate the Covid test status.

Dr. Amir Bajoghli Reports the First Case of Malignant Melanoma in a Benign Appearing Cyst

McLEAN, VA / ACCESSWIRE / July 24, 2020 / Melanoma is a type of fast-growing skin cancer that can spread to lymph nodes and other parts of the body. While melanoma accounts for only 1% of all skin cancer cases in the United States, it is responsible for the majority of skin cancer deaths, with approximately 10,000 deaths in the United States each year. Melanomas are often identified as dark, large, irregular lesions which can arise de novo (from otherwise normal appearing skin) or from preexisting evolving moles.

Epidermal inclusion cysts, on the other hand, are keratin (skin protein) filled lesions that appear as bumps or lumps beneath the skin. Patients may opt to surgically remove these cysts when they become uncomfortable/painful, inflamed, associated with drainage, or unsightly. The vast majority of cysts are benign. However, cysts are routinely sent to pathology upon removal due to rare cases where a malignant tumor lies inside or the "cyst" may in fact turn out to be a cancerous tumor which has spread to the skin from inside organs.

Dr. Bajoghli encountered one of these rare instances. A patient came to the office with a bump on the front of his neck near the area of the voice box which appeared to be an epidermal inclusion cyst. He opted to have the lesion excised, and upon removal it appeared to be a normal benign cyst. However, when the sample was examined by pathologists, the cyst was found to contain malignant melanoma, the most dangerous form of skin cancer. The site was re-excised to ensure all of the cancer was removed, and pathologists confirmed that no remaining cancer cells remained.

There have been cases where other types of skin cancers (squamous cell carcinoma and basal cell carcinoma) were found in cysts as well as cases of melanomas arising adjacent to cysts. However, this is the first known case of a melanoma arising directly from an epidermal inclusion cyst. Dr. Bajoghli published his findings in the prestigious dermatology journal Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology.

Dr. Amir Bajoghli has been active in the practice of dermatology, laser and Mohs surgery since the completion of his training at the combined Tufts University and Boston University. He regularly presents lectures to other physicians regionally and internationally, and teaches medical students and dermatology residents at Georgetown University School of Medicine.

Q- What advice would you give a new realtor wanting to specialize in the luxury sector?

Debra Johnston: First of all, the luxury market invites you in and not the other way around. I rarely come across new realtors that are able to dive into the luxury market without first putting the work in to create their brand identity around luxury. It takes studying the luxury market, not just homes but also trends, the lifestyle, and the patterns to understand how to best market yourself to luxury home buyers and sellers. Then it requires taking that knowledge and uncovering what the discerning luxury clientele really wants out of an agent to represent them in buying or selling a home.

Q-What do you think it takes to be a leader in luxury real estate?

Debra Johnston: To be a leader you need to be an innovator, an influencer, and to think outside the box. Your entire brand as a luxury realtor requires a campaign that is cohesive, organized, and touches all aspects of communication and ways to connect; from your brand's Google rank and online presence – to social media outlets like Instagram and LinkedIn – to YouTube, and beyond. Attention to detail and creativity plays a big role in developing this unified strategy that differentiates you from other luxury agents. Once you have decided on your approach to stand out from your competition, it is important to align yourself with luxury partners that give you access to exclusive services. Scorpio Gold Retains Investor Relations Services

("Connect2"), Simone Capital Corp. ("Simone") and Tufford Client Relations Group ("Tufford") to implement a marketing campaign to increase awareness of and interest in Scorpio Gold using the specific roles and experience that each of the parties provide.

Marketing Campaign:

Connect 2, out of Vancouver, B.C., role will be to utilize its proprietary data base to contact, with information provided by Scorpio Gold, stock brokers, portfolio managers, analysts, individual investors, letter writers and media contacts. For its services, the Company has agreed to pay Connect2 $2,500 per month for a renewable term of 6 months. After the 6-month term, the agreement may be terminated by either party on 10 business days notice or if renewed then termination will be 30 days. The Company and Connect2 act at arm's length, and Connect2 has no present interest, directly or indirectly in Scorpio Gold or its securities. The fee paid by Scorpio Gold to Connect2 is for services only

Simone, out of Toronto, Ontario, role will be to provide Scorpio Gold with consulting services consisting of investor relations and corporate communications using its propriety data base to contact, with information provided by Scorpio Gold, stock brokers, portfolio managers, analysts, individual investors, letter writers and media contacts. For its services the Company has agreed to pay Simone $5,000 per month for a renewable term of 6 months. After the 6-month term, the agreement may be terminated by either party on 10 business days notice or if renewed then termination will be 30 days. The Company and Simone act at arm's length, and Simone has no present interest, directly or indirectly in Scorpio Gold or its securities. The fee paid by Scorpio Gold to Simone is for services only.

Tufford, out of Nova Scotia, role will be to contact the Company's list of subscribers and shareholders, both past and present, to update contact information and confirm interest in the Company. For its services, the Company has agreed to pay Tufford $2,500 per month for a renewable term of 6 months. After 3 months, the agreement may be terminated by either party on 30 days notice. The Company and Tufford act at arm's length, and Tufford has no present interest, directly or indirectly in Scorpio Gold or its securities. The fee paid by Scorpio Gold to Tufford is for services only.

The Company will pay all contracts from existing working capital.

Stock Options:

The Company has granted 100,000 stock options to each of Connect2 and Simone at a price of $0.155 and to vest 25% on grant and 25% each quarter thereafter for a term of 2 years. In addition, the Company granted 150,000 stock options to officers of the Company at a price of $0.155 for a term of 5 years.

Employers across the United States are filing an updated IRS Form 941 for the first time

ROCK HILL, SC / ACCESSWIRE / July 24, 2020 / The updated Form 941 is going into effect for the first time for the July 31, 2020 deadline.

Employers are required by law to use Form 941 to report the employment taxes that they withhold from employee paychecks, such as federal income tax, social security, and Medicare each quarter.

On April 30, 2020, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) issued an updated Form 941. This update reflects COVID-19 tax relief with 23 new data-entry fields and with 15 pages of instructions.

Businesses need to report any refundable and non-refundable tax credits received under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) and the CARES Act, or any employment taxes deferred in anticipation of that tax relief.
