By only drawing power at off-peak times, rather than when the grid is at capacity, the new battery technology has enabled Teledata to benefit from significant energy savings, driving efficiency across its 70,000 sq ft state-of-the-art data centre in Wythenshawe.

The firm, which was established in 2004, is an ISO27001 accredited data centre and has a track record of investing in energy efficiencies.
