“We’ve got the base funds for Moonbase but we want to go above and beyond to make sure that this feels different than a traditional campground. We want our guests to come out to Moonbase and ultimately to feel more connected; whether the person they came out with or just with nature,” adds Djaya.

“I have always been a creative person, and when coupled with my passion for sport it seems as if I was always going to start a sports product design company. My passion has always been soccer / football, playing for Manchester City FC at school boy level. Training hard was part of my fitness regime with a lot of running involved. Holding a running bottle in my hand whilst jogging felt clumsy and awkward,” says founder and CEO Melvyn Morrison on the inspiration behind the project. “This was when the Ruuz bottle was imagined, and Ruuz Innovations became a reality.”

The Ruuz Water Bottle is made from a flexible and expandable silicone material. It is lightweight and easily fits onto the wrist of any sized individual while providing a soft grip; making it comfortable enough for all-day use. With its easy-to-use pop-up lid and 330 ml capacity, the Ruuz Water Bottle is perfect for both short and long-term hydration needs.
