Fares is one of just 61 islands that enjoys the marine protected waters of Baa Atoll’s UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. The resort is in close proximity to two of its most famed landmarks; Hanifaru Bay where guests can spot whale sharks and snorkel with manta rays, and a beautiful chain of ring shaped islands known as the five islands landmark. With twelve individual dive sites off the beach, a 220-metre house reef teeming with marine life including turtles and dolphins, and the nearby Fares reef which is 600 metres off the shore, the resort offers guests all the bounties of the biosphere’s enchanting underwater world. 

Avani+ Fares will offer seven restaurants, in addition to private beach and in-villa dining. In 2019, the market for programmatically sold advertising topped $100 billion in value, according to Zenith. The company forecast an increase to $127 billion next year, with another $20 billion added by the end of the following year. Moreover, it projected that the share of programmatic within total digital media spend would rise from 65% this year to 69% next year and cross 72% the year after that. Commenting on the outlook, Zenith global brand president Matt James said, “The ongoing death of the cookie means that the industry needs to rethink the way we design targeting and personalization while respecting consumers. High-quality, first-party data is more vital to the success of programmatic marketing than ever before.” James also highlighted a number of issues, noting, “Although programmatic ad spend continues to grow at double-digit rates, it is being hindered as the industry struggles with privacy and supply-chain challenges.
