Located at the stunning Reignwood Park, the home of KIS International School, Icons Series, known for bringing the world’s biggest sporting icons to the golf course, will set the scene for 24 of the most recognisable footballers on the planet to battle it out as Team England and Team World for the 2025 Icons Trophy. 

Allowing fans closer than ever, two teams of 12 captained by two of the most famous golfers in the world, Sergio Garcia and Lee Westwood, will bring their years of rivalry from pitch to green across a 10 hole format of the highest drama, where every shot counts. 

To launch the event, the four Icons visited the brand new international school that opened its doors in August 2024. A tour from Mr. Parich Ruktapongpisal, Licensee at KIS meant players were able to see the vast amenities and discuss options available to students. Offering an exceptional educational experience across 60 acres of world-class facilities, the campus features a 1,000-seat auditorium, a state-of-the-art sports complex, a Golf Development Academy, and full and weekly boarding opportunities starting from Grade 4. A few days later, I got the call and headed out there on a Friday. I would have loved to leave the equipment on the Island and set up another little porta john location there, but that area just isn’t for me at this time.”
