Never Insult My Colors, a new book by Frank J Andrle, has been released by Dorrance Publishing Co., Inc.

Before the Korean War kicks off, Bill Parker and Don Lane of Cleveland, Ohio, find themselves dancing with beautiful women, hunting at their cabin, and making a pact to stick together. As the war ramps up, the men join the service. With their enlistment papers signed, the two men enter an entirely new world: one full of order, discipline, and real danger.

When called to the front lines, they face a new set of challenges, far grander than the insults and pressure of their Drill Instructor. With bullets flying and enemies all around them, the men must work together to survive and return home. They dream of futures with peace, faithful wives, and hunting trips back at the old cabin.

However, the future doesn’t always follow the easiest path, and life can be extinguished in a single moment. Despite these challenges, one principle remains: love is eternal, even if life is fleeting.

CIOs turn on hiring as the economy starts to boom according to Janco

The highest in demand IT position is for Information Security Analyst with over 100,000 employed in that role today

Park City – UT – www.e-janco.com – Janco is seeing a boom in hiring for IT Pros. At the same time salaries are beginning to escalate. Janco forecasts that 75,000 net new domestic IT jobs will be created this calendar year. The CEO of Janco Associates, Inc., Mr. M. Victor Janulaitis said, “The recent tax legislation and reduction in regulations has created a positive outlook for job growth in general and Information Technology in particular. Also, with the prospect that IT jobs will be brought back to the US, a re-vamped immigration process potentially being passed, and the general feeling that infrastructure spending will be increased, the prospects for IT Pros could not be brighter.” He added. “There will be a greater need for US-based IT resources. IT hiring and salaries will be up.”

Janulaitis stated, “Even before the recent tax bill, many CFOs were not averse to incremental spending for IT related activities that have operational support and have a good ROI.”

The CEO added, “A good example of the increased demand for IT Pros is the demand for Information Security Analyst. According to the BLS, there are over 100,000 individuals employed in that role today. In our review of over 132 large and mid-sized organizations, we found the 87% of them had open requisitions or were planning to fill roles similar to the Information Security Analyst.” He added, “With the increased dependence on the Internet and cloud processing the exposure that enterprises face can only be mitigated by filling that role with qualified individuals. As a result, salaries for experienced Information Security Analysts are sky-rocketing and are well over $100K.”

In support of that demand, Janco has released a 5 plus page job description for the Information Security Analyst. For more details go to https://goo.gl/J1ZumC

Zambia Author Publishes Ethics in South African Education Book

Ethics, Morals and Values in Education, a new book by Professor Plyson Manyani Muzumara (PhD), has been released by Dorrance Publishing Co., Inc.

Many people in our country feel children today are growing up in an environment of moral distortion and decay. Children are exposed to evil influences from different dimensions within and outside of their communities. It is not uncommon to listen to the news and hear of corruption, thefts, child defilement, examination malpractices, gender-based violence and similar vices. We see a gradual erosion of values and morals in our society, but little effort is being spent to change it. Reflecting upon our culture’s history should give us the opportunity to prepare our teachers to assume the role of moral educators as well as the conveyers of subject content.

This book focuses on the need to introduce and promote ethics, morals and values education in Zambia at both school and teacher education levels. It draws information generated by the author from schools, colleges of education and universities. Without a well-defined education policy in favour of promoting pupil and teacher ethics, morals and values in our learning institutions, efforts to promote the same in our education system are doomed to fail.

About the Author
Professor Plyson Manyani Muzumara (PhD) holds a doctorate in education science from the University of Atlanta in the United States and a master’s in education management and vocational education from the University of Huddersfield in the United Kingdom. He has taught courses at the university and college level on teaching methodology, early childhood education, curriculum studies and education leadership and management. He has held numerous high-level positions at teachers colleges and universities and served on national-level education training and management boards.

Ethics, Morals and Values in Education is a 288-page paperback with a retail price of $19.00. The ISBN is 978-1-4809-5048-1.
