Insider’s Secrets for Growing Your Business and SEO With Publicity

Fort Lauderdale, Florida, 01/06/2017 /SubmitPressRelease123/

Small businesses and individual entrepreneurs have it rough when it comes to garnering publicity…or so it may seem. It’s easy to give up quickly – or before you even start for that matter – because competing with PR firms and entire company PR departments is daunting and discouraging, to say the least. However, publicity is not as inaccessible as individuals and small businesses may believe. In fact, newspapers, magazines, and other news sources are looking for just what your business has to offer to fill space. These news sources are under immense pressure to fill space with quality content.

If you can make their job easier, they are happy to do the same for you. The trick is to find your angle. The next step is to write a press release. Let’s start with the trick of the trade of publicity. What is your business’s angle?

This means what’s new, what’s unusual, what have you done lately, and what are you offering? This could be an employee accomplishment, a fundraiser or charity you participated in, a new product, or an unusual way of doing business. Every business has an angle – it’s just a matter of finding it. Once you have your angle, it’s time to write your press release.

Having a press release down on paper is a tangible tool for success. With a press release, you will have something to send to news sources anytime. Once you have a press release written, it’s yours forever and you can send it anywhere. Weekly newspapers and local newspapers love running articles about local businesses. You can even reach out to national newspapers and other news sources – both in print and online.

Just make sure when writing your press release to not make it sound like an advertisement. Offer your readers information, insight, or inspiration, cite yourself and your business as the hub of this and then let them know how they can access your products or services.

Once your press release is published, don’t stop there. We recommend utilizing your publicity for promoting your business even further. Have an “in the news” page on your website, or print out a flier with the news clipping on it. Some of the most successful clients we have seen here will even print their press releases on fliers to give as part of their information packets, or to give to customers and potential customers. One of our clients who did this saw a 42% sales increase in the first month of doing this and that is not at all uncommon.

Finding your angle, writing a press release, and taking the time to seek out and contact news sources can be challenging for small businesses and individual entrepreneurs. PR firms do have resources that small businesses do not, including access to national press release services. Publicity is exponential, and getting that first press release published is the hardest part. PublicityGuarantee.com is now offering guaranteed publicity or double your money back to help promising small businesses and individuals get their foot in the door. Tell us your angle and we will write a press release and send it out via the national press release with the highest placement rate in your industry. Upgrade Your Business: Advice from IT Expert at International Enterprise Services

Plymouth, MA, US, 01/06/2017 /SubmitPressRelease123/

People flock to tech for information, resources, services, and shopping. Technology and the Internet present opportunities for small businesses to flourish, but only if they can use this tool to their advantage.

Tom Cheever is the President and CEO of prominent web design and technology company International Enterprise Services (IES), Inc., based out of historic Plymouth, Massachusetts. Cheever has been in the world of electronics and technology for over half of his life. This 24-year-old CEO co-founded IES his junior year of high school with a fellow small business owner after Cheever sold his electronics import business he started at the age of 13.  Alongside owning his own businesses and helping other businesses thrive, Cheever also earned a bachelor’s degree in business marketing and management from Bridgewater State University.

Cheever knows his way around IT for small businesses. Internet services and upgraded tech are key to making any small business competitive. But what exactly does this mean for your business operations?

“Don’t tie up more resources than you need to in tech,” Cheever advises. “If you’re not in the tech business, don’t waste your time and money becoming one.”

Internet and technology services are a vital part of your business, but it’s also a part that can be easily outsourced. Small businesses need high quality websites to be credible and competitive. Proper hardware and software, as well as tech support for updating software and machines, fixing problems and troubleshooting is also vital. Having outdated technology costs businesses customers, and malfunctioning tech can quickly add up in lost revenue, lost customers, and massive expenses to fix, costs that hit small businesses extra hard. However, hiring or contracting an IT specialist is also too expensive a cost for small businesses and start-ups to spare without sacrificing operating costs.

Cheever suggests outsourcing your Internet and technology needs to a company or consultancy that specializes in solutions for small businesses. Many small business owners feel pressured into compromising their company values, business plan, and budget for overpriced web design and tech support. Companies that understand small business needs tend to be less expensive and offer more flexibility in their services.

“Cookie-cutter solutions don’t work for small businesses,” Cheever explains.  “Your technology solutions must compliment your business model.”

NJ Drug Addiction Treatment & Recovery: 5 Things People Say That Can Cause Harm

New Jersey, 01/06/2017 /SubmitPressRelease123/

There are many different types of life struggles that can make for awkward social interactions. For example, people don’t always know how to talk to someone who has just lost a loved one. In other cases, people struggle to find appropriate things to say to those struggling with recurrent miscarriages or infertility.

Unfortunately, awkward feelings or sometimes just plain ignorance can prompt people to say things that hurt others who have overcome addiction and are in recovery. Whether you’re a support person, friend, or relative of someone who is recovering, here are five things you should never say.  If you have a loved one suffering from drug addiction take a look at what addiction experts have to say about addiction recovery treatment.

“I would have never guessed…”

Many people who have never fought addiction are surprised to learn that addiction affects all kind of people, including those who function quite well in their daily lives, even as they grapple with drug or alcohol dependency. Many people have a “Hollywood view” of addiction as someone who is homeless or in prison. The reality is that substance abuse takes many forms. Saying someone does not “look like an addict” implies that all types of addiction must look a certain away or fit some kind of profile. It can also make a person feel like their addiction is not real or serious enough to merit help.

“I totally understand. I’m addicted to chocolate!”

When confronted by a serious or heavy subject, it’s human nature to sympathize. However, comparing a drug or alcohol addiction to a soda addiction or an affinity for sweets belittles a struggle that can destroy a person’s life.

“Come on, just one drink won’t hurt you.”

For people who have overcome alcohol addiction, sobriety is a lifelong process. Encouraging a friend or loved one in recovery to indulge in a drink is an enabling behavior that can lead to relapse.

“Can’t you just stop?”

For people who struggle with alcohol or drug dependency, “just stopping” is almost never possible. Alcohol and drugs cause chemical changes in the brain, which is why so many people with substance abuse disorders require medical detox. Without a doctor’s supervision, quitting can also be dangerous and even deadly.

“My father had that. It destroyed my parents’ marriage.”

You can substitute “father” for “friend,” “co-worker,” “neighbor” or any other relative or acquaintance. The point is that telling someone in recovery about another person whose addiction ultimately led to a negative outcome is a toxic comment that can cause significant hurt. It’s like telling someone who just had a heart attack about an uncle who died after finding out he had heart disease. These are negative words that have the potential to do tremendous harm.

Boca Truck Accident Lawyer Joe Osborne Says Large Trucks Cause Serious Injuries

Boca Raton, FL, USA, 01/06/2017 /SubmitPressRelease123/

The semi-trucks you see on South Florida’s highways and local streets commonly weigh up to 80,000 pounds or about the weight of twenty cars. If that truck is up to speed and hits another vehicle tremendous force is brought to bear, frequently causing serious injuries and death to those on the receiving end. Boca truck accident lawyer Joe Osborne warns drivers to take action if they’ve been involved in such an accident. Get information about truck accidents from a legal truck accident expert.

If you are involved in a truck accident, survive and are conscious, you are probably so dazed you may not even remember the accident, let alone be aware of how injured you truly are. Seek medical attention immediately. If there’s any question about your health, ask for an ambulance to come to the scene. At the very least have a family member or friend drive you to the nearest hospital to get examined.

After getting medical care, contact our office. I frequently talk to people who delay reaching out until they know exactly what their injuries are. You should call sooner than later and avoid waiting for a final diagnosis from a doctor because every personal injury case starts with the ability to find out what insurance may cover for the accident and to what amount. Not knowing that makes it difficult to decide what’s appropriate to do.

Our clients work with us while they’re being treated and going through rehabilitation. It’s not either or, adds tractor-trailer accident attorney Osborne. We work up the case and investigate the accident while you work towards a recovery.

Compensation for these accidents varies widely. There may be any number of parties involved in a tractor-trailer accident case, different insurance policies and different types of compensation that may be available in a truck accident  case. The injuries caused in these accidents may be very significant because of the weight, size and force of the impact.

Some of the compensation can include:

·       Lost wages (due to time missed from work because you’re unable to do your job).

·       The cost of your medical care, treatment and rehabilitation (you’re entitled to be compensated for what you have incurred up to the time of trial and what your physician predicts you’ll need in the future).

·       The value of your pain and suffering (which would be decided by a jury who should consider the medical procedures you have had, the future procedures that are anticipated and what your doctor says about how much your injuries are limiting your life).

After a Florida truck accident you have four years to file a lawsuit. Those four years are called the statute of limitations. If you don’t file your case within this time your legal right to recovery may be forever lost so it’s important to reach out to a truck accident attorney well ahead of that deadline. You should do it right away because an investigation needs to be conducted and it’s much easier to do when we start soon after the accident. In addition to reviewing possible insurance coverage it will include:

·       Finding the facts and circumstances of the accident.

·       Obtaining police reports.

·       Hiring an expert to recreate the accident to come up with a cause.

·       Finding and preserving driver logs, repair documents, video footage or photos of the accident.

If you or a family member have been injured in a tractor trailer accident in Miami-Dade, Broward or Palm Beach Counties and have any questions about accident law, contact Boca truck accident lawyer Joe Osborne at (561) 800-4011 or fill out this online contact form. We can talk about the situation, how the law could apply in your case and the best legal options to protect your rights and obtain compensation for your injuries.

High Sales For The High Seas At The DFW Winter Boat Expo

Dallas, 01/06/2017 /SubmitPressRelease123/

Recreational boat manufacturing is one of the few American-made industries: 95 percent of boats sold in the U.S. are made in the U.S. This all-American recreation will be taking center stage at Dallas Market Hall Feb. 3-12, 2017.

“Year after year, we can always depend on the DFW Boat Expo to pull our guests out of their winter doldrums with a reminder of the upcoming spring and summer boating months,” said Bron Beal, executive director of the DFW Boat Expo. “This year is especially great knowing how strong the industry has become and is predicted to stay.”

Texas is second in the nation for sales of new powerboat, engine, trailer and accessories. Sales in 2015 were $1.4 billion, up 8.2 percent from 2014.

As consumer confidence soars and manufacturers introduce products aimed at attracting younger boaters, sales of new powerboats are expected to increase between 6 and 7 percent this year. This trend represents some of recreational boating’s healthiest gains in nearly a decade, according to The National Marine Manufacturers Association, who represents the nation’s recreational boat, engine and marine accessory manufacturers. In addition to unit sales of new boats, recreational boating industry dollar sales are expected to rise between 10 to 11 percent from $8.4 billion.

“Boat dealers are taking advantage of the strength of the current industry and are gearing up for a busy winter season by offering some of the best deals on the newest models as well as the remaining 2016 models, especially on-site at the 2017 DFW Winter Boat Expo at Market Hall next month,” Beal added. “The Expo will also unveil some of the boating industry’s latest innovations. Boating is an affordable, family-friendly recreational activity, and the winter boat show is the best time of year to buy as shoppers have the chance to compare different boats, and different dealers, in one location.”

The DFW Boat Expo at Dallas Market Hall, the largest boating event in North Texas, has over 650 all new 2017 boat and watercraft models on display and available for purchase from more than 20 North Texas boat dealers. In addition to the display of boats big and small, nearly 150 different vendors will have booths with great deals on boards, skis and tubes, and information on private lessons and camps.

The DFW Boat Expo is presented by the United Boat Dealers of North Texas. For more information about the expo, go to www.dallasboatexpo.com. Connect on Facebook – www.facebook.com/dfwboatexpo and Twitter – @dfwboatexpo.

Boca Car Accident Lawyer Joe Osborne Says Numbers Show Florida Roads Very Risky

Boca Raton, FL, USA, 01/04/2017 /SubmitPressRelease123/

You can find statistics for almost every topic but one source where the numbers translate into lives lost and lives impacted by vehicle accidents is Florida’s Traffic Crash Facts Annual Report 2015. In it the Florida Department of Highway and Motor Vehicles publishes statistics about accidents from all over the state that occurred that year, reports Boca car accident lawyer Joe Osborne.

Accidents increase as do the number of vehicles involved in the traffic flow. It’s just a matter of time before a mistake is made, an accident happens and someone gets hurt. As you can see, over time the number of vehicles and drivers in Florida has increased substantially.

In 1992 Florida had 11,550,126 licensed drivers; 11,205,298 registered vehicles; 196,174 crashes causing 205,432 injuries and 2,480 deaths.

In 2015 in the state there were 15,998,416 licensed drivers; 17,145,234 registered vehicles; 374,342 crashes causing 243,316 injuries and 2,939 deaths.

Despite the increase in the sheer numbers, when they are looked at as a fatality for each estimated million miles driven in 1992 the figure was 2.18 and 1.42 in 2015. The most deadly year was 1993 with 2.27 and the least deadly was 2014 with 1.24.

Drivers in their 20’s and 30’s are the most dangerous, according to the figures points out vehicle accident attorney Osborne.

Those in their 20’s were 24.4% of the drivers involved in accidents with those in their 30’s coming in at 17.45%. Drivers in their 50’s were about 14% of the drivers involved in accidents.

Of those drivers suspected to have been impaired by alcohol prior to an accident 32.5% were in their 20’s, 22% in their 30’s, 17% in their 40’s.

The age group with the most accidents where drugged driving is suspected are those in their 20’s at 29% followed by those in their 30’s at 22%. Those in their 40’s and 50’s each were involved in about 14% of the accidents.

The most common, known driver mistakes that lead to fatal accidents were:

Driving in a careless or negligent manner (751)

Failing to yield the right of way (554)

Other action (351)

Ran off roadway (144)

Failed to keep in proper lane (122)

Speeding (113)

Bad weather can’t be blamed for most fatal accidents. Only about 5% of fatal accidents happened during rainy conditions. About 72% occurred when it was clear and 21% when it was cloudy. Darkness, whether artificially lit or not, was a condition in nearly 55% of deadly crashes, 40% occurred in daylight. Roadways were clear in 94% of accidents.

Motorcycles are about 4% of registered vehicles but were involved in 14% of fatal accidents in 2015. Sports utility vehicles were involved in 14% of deadly accident, about 13% of fatal accidents involved pickup trucks while cars accounted for 44%.

There were a total of 9,085 pedestrian involved vehicle accidents in Florida in 2015. Locally there were:

1,098 in Broward County

1,604 in Miami-Dade County

604 in Palm Beach County

There were a total of 7,120 accidents in the state where bicyclists were involved in 2015. Locally there were:

816 in Broward County

890 in Miami-Dade County

530 in Palm Beach County

People aren’t statistics. Behind every one of these accidents is a story. Those involved were simply at the wrong place at the wrong time or they made a mistake or because of bad judgement a traffic accident occurred. People may have walked away while others were disabled for life or killed.

Though there’s a certain amount of pure chance when it comes to getting involved in an accident, do yourself, your family and the public a favor by focusing on driving when you’re behind the wheel and obey the rules of the road to increase the chances you and your passengers will get home safely.

If you or a family member has been injured or killed in a vehicle accident due to the negligence of another in Miami-Dade, Broward or Palm Beach Counties you may be able to seek compensation. To learn more contact Boca car accident lawyer Joe Osborne at (561) 800-4011 or fill out this online contact form. You can discuss the accident, applicable laws and your best legal options to protect your rights and obtain compensation for your losses.

NFM Lending Named One Of 2017’s 50 Best Companies To Work For

Linthicum, MD, United States, 01/04/2017 /SubmitPressRelease123/

NFM Lending is proud to announce that it was ranked one of the 50 Best Companies to Work For by Mortgage Executive Magazine. This is the fourth year in a row that NFM Lending has been honored with this accolade.

Mortgage Executive Magazine conducted an extensive online survey of more than 10,000 Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) from over 200 mortgage companies and banks. The survey was limited to licensed MLOs who were presently employed by the companies they were rating. The survey asked participants to rate the company’s culture, loan processing, underwriting, compensation, management, marketing, and technology. The winning selections were based on total MLO votes and average rating score.

“The number one driver of our company is culture,” said Jan Ozga, President of NFM Lending. “Many midsized and larger companies treat their employees as metrics to help achieve company goals. NFM prides itself on being a family with a common purpose, and we spend a significant amount of time and resources building a company culture that keeps the number one focus on the employee. Imagine this: our highest-ranking managers at NFM actually know all the employees by their names. As a result of making a concerted effort to know the people we work with, we have over 400 people watching our bottom line instead of just a few at the top.

If you want to build a successful company that will withstand the test of time and unpredictable market influences, then you need to start by building a great culture. All companies talk culture. Very few live it.”

NFM Lending prides itself on its exceptional culture. The company has an open door policy which allows an open line of communication between management and staff. Employees are encouraged to voice their questions and concerns directly to management, so that they can be addressed promptly and correctly. In addition to a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, NFM Lending loan originators receive ongoing support and assistance from qualified support and operations staff, and opportunities for trips and giveaways.

In addition to this most recent award, NFM Lending has been recognized many times for its exceptional company culture. In 2016 alone, it was named one of The Baltimore Sun’s Top Work Places in the Baltimore Area for the fifth year in a row; one of the Washington Post’s Top Work Places in the Washington, D.C. area for the second year in a row; and a Top Mortgage Employer by National Mortgage Professional Magazine for the second year in a row. NFM Lending is proud of each member of its team, and the work they do to make NFM a Top Workplace.

About NFM Lending

Philadelphia Car Accident Lawyer Rand Spear Warns Not to Video Yourself Driving

Philadelphia, PA, USA, 01/03/2017 /SubmitPressRelease123/

It may have just been a coincidence or it may have lead to the deaths of two young women. Earlier this month two teens were in a car on I-380 outside Scranton when the driver decided to record, live, on Facebook. Moments later they were both dead after being rear ended by a truck. Philadelphia car accident lawyer Rand Spear says drivers should never use social media while driving.

The teen driver held up her cellphone while on the highway near Tobyhanna, “Are you going live?” her passenger asks her. Recorded next on the video are flashing lights, the sound of screeching tires then the video goes dark as the tractor-trailer plows into the rear of the car. Both women were declared dead at the scene, according to the Scranton Times-Tribune1.

According to the Pennsylvania State Police the car was using a spare tire “doughnut.” Due to the intense fire that destroyed the car, the police aren’t sure about the condition of the car prior to the accident and the teens’ bodies couldn’t initially be identified. The truck driver was not hurt and hadn’t been criminally charged in connection with the collision when the article was published.

A 17 year old friend of both teens, of Scranton, was in the car with the two prior to the accident. She told the reporter she was thankful she got out of the car, “but I feel like if I went, I could have stopped it somehow.” The driver was a student at West Scranton High School.

The video continues, black, for seven minutes before a man can be heard speaking and there’s a blurry but bearded face seen before the video ends. State police said they will use the video as part of their investigation.

What may have happened is because the car was partially disabled because of the tire problem it was travelling slowly on the highway when it was rear ended. Whether the driver could’ve done something to avoid or lessen the accident if she weren’t focused on going Facebook Live we may never know, adds injury lawyer Spear.

A luckier driver who broadcast live on Facebook is a 20-year old who is still alive. For some reason he needed to drive extremely dangerously and show the world how good he was at it. Until the collision occurred.

He was in Rhode Island, travelling as fast as 115 mph, weaving in and out of traffic, sometimes driving on the shoulder to pass other vehicles earlier this month. In the video loud rap music is playing while the driver yells, “Let’s get it papi!” then he skids across three lanes and crashes into the back of a dump truck and a road barrier, according to ABC News2.

“How lucky we are that no one else was hurt,” a Capt. of the Rhode Island State Police is quoted as saying. “It’s a grand slam of things not to do.” The driver was reportedly in fair condition at a hospital. No one else was injured in the accident. Police said he will be charged with driving with a suspended license and reckless driving.

There are simply some things you shouldn’t do when you drive, states car accident attorney Spear. That includes driving recklessly and using social media while driving. As a driver you need to focus on driving, not entertaining the rest of the world with your video. If you do it may be the last mistake you ever make.
