Engineering Services Outsourcing (ESO) Market Will Grow Swiftly, To Be Worth $415.74 Billion By 2020: Grand View Research, Inc.

According to new report published by Grand View Research, increased cost pressures on global firms resulting in constrained R&D budgets is a primary driver for the global ESO market growth over the forecast period.

The Global Engineering Services Outsourcing (ESO) Market is expected to reach USD 415.74 billion by 2020, according to a new study by Grand View Research, Inc. Increased cost pressures on global firms resulting in constrained R&D budgets is a primary driver for market growth over the forecast period. Additionally, shorter product life cycles owing to dynamic consumer buying behavior are also expected to favorably impact market growth.

Enhancement in production process, cost advantage and lowered time-to-market are some of the other factors expected to boost market growth. Threat of intellectual property (IP) theft may pose a challenge to industry growth as it results in significant losses for businesses. Legal enforcements in a few offshore locations make it difficult for prosecuting firms which misuse confidential data and patents.

ESO market share by application, 2013

Further key findings from the study suggest:

  • ESO demand in telecom accounted for over 20% of the overall market in 2013. Telecommunications service providers have been implementing operations and business support systems for ensuring smooth business operations. This requires significant back-end expertise and equipment, thus propelling the use of ESO in systems. The consumer electronics segment is expected to witness the fastest growth over the forecast period. This can be primarily attributed to drastic reduction in product life cycles, forcing companies to bring about product innovations at a faster rate.
  • Asia Pacific was the largest regional market in 2013, accounting for over 50% of the total demand; it is further expected to remain the market leader over the forecast period. This is mainly on account of the presence of a large talent pool, strong manufacturing base, emerging local demand and cost arbitrage in countries such as China and India. The market in Europe is expected to grow at a CAGR of over 25% from 2014 to 2020, owing to an inclination among several European firms to outsource engineering activities within the same country or within Western European nations for ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Key industry participants include HCL Technologies Ltd, Wipro, Tata Consultancy Services and Infosys Ltd. Other companies operating in the market include VanceInfo Technologies Inc., Tata ELXSI, QuEST Global, MindTree Ltd., KPIT Cummins Infosystems Ltd., Infotech Enterprises Ltd., IGATE Corp., GlobalLogic, EPAM Services, Cybage Software Pvt. Ltd., Calsoft Labs, Aricent Group, etc.

September 11th VCF Authorizes Over 1,000 Payments, Parker Waichman Comments

March 10, 2016 – – The September 11th Victim Compensation Fund (VCF) has authorized over 1,000 full payments to ailing 9/11 responders and survivors. The VCF and World Trade Center (WTC) Health Program were recently kept open through reauthorization of the Zadroga Act.

Parker Waichman LLP, a national law firm that has spent many years fighting to ensure that the first responders and survivors of the 9/11 terrorist attacks are never forgotten, applauds the ongoing efforts of the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund (VCF). According to a March 1, 2016 message from Special Master Sheila Birnbaum, more than 1,000 Group A claims totaling over $233.4 million have been authorized as of February 29, 2016. Ms. Birnbaum noted that VCF has surpassed its first interim target of authorizing 1,000 full payments.

The Special Master’s message also noted that upcoming payments appear to be on track. “Our expanded payment team is now fully trained and I expect to authorize a significantly greater number of payments in each successive month until all Group A payments have been made. We remain on track to meet the target dates published in our timeline. If you have a claim in Group A and you have not yet received a letter from the VCF with specific details about your payment, I appreciate your continued patience as we work to get each claim through the process.” Ms. Birnbaum said. (http://www.vcf.gov/groupaupdatemar2016.html)

“This update is encouraging news for sick 9/11 responders and survivors,” said Matthew J. McCauley, Senior Litigation Counsel at Parker Waichman. “After years of fighting for Zadroga reauthorization, 9/11 heroes are finally getting the help they need and deserve.”

The firm, who has stood alongside responders, lawmakers, and 9/11 advocates to fight for Zadroga reauthorization, comments that the James Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Reauthorization Act was passed after years of effort and advocacy work. The initial act, which was passed in 2010, established the World Trade Center (WTC) Health Program offering medical care and monitoring to responders and survivors. The Zadroga Act also reopened the VCF for an additional five years. The reauthorization, which was signed into law on December 18, 2015, funds the WTC Health Program for another 75 years and extends the VCF for another five years.

Parker Waichman actively worked toward the 2010 passage of the Zadroga Act, including taking part in lobbying efforts and trips to the nation’s capital, often along with the firm’s clients—other responders and survivors. The firm’s support and commitment for permanent extension of the Act never stopped as Parker Waichman continued its fight in 2015, taking part in numerous lobbying efforts and being part of various delegations.

Mr. McCauley, who is also a former New York Police Department (NYPD) first responder continually attended nearly weekly lobbying events and delegations—many in the nation’s capital—to ensure the Act was extended and “that every hero and survivor receives the benefits and compensation they deserve, today and in the future.” In fact, Mr. McCauley was also part of a powerful group of advocates, including many lawmakers; John Feal of the FealGood Foundation, a 9/11 advocacy group; Ray Pfeifer, former Fire Department of New York (FDNY) firefighter; Benjamin Chevat, Executive Director of Citizens for the Extension of the James Zadroga Act, Inc.; Richard Alles of the Uniformed Fire Officers Association, Deputy Chief of the FDNY and Board Member of Citizens for the Extension of the James Zadroga Act; and Jon Stewart, Zadroga Act advocate and former host of “The Daily Show.” The firm also assisted with the research on, and creation of, the “Take Acton” tool that enabled citizens to review Congress members’ activities concerning the Act.

The firm vows to continue its efforts to safeguard 9/11 heroes and survivors and to ensure that all of the deserved Zadroga Act compensation is received. To determine eligibility for compensation under the Act, or for assistance with a claim, please visit Parker Waichman’s website or call 1-800-LAW-INFO (1-800-529-4636).

Pergola Design Ideas Offers New Information On The Evolution Of Corn

March 10, 2016 – – Pergola Design Ideas would like to draw attention to a new piece of information that has surfaced the online environment, which explains the history and origin of corn. The information specifically looks at extensive studies that have been completed by various universities, all of which seem to be looking at the truth behind the humble corn. Essentially, it explains the immense evolution of this plant and how corn is a vegetable sometimes.

John Wick from Pergola Design Ideas says: “An interesting thing about corn is the fact that a botanical classification puts corn in the category of fruit (like tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.) but the way it is harvested or consumed puts it either in a vegetable or a grain category. So, it means corn can be anything you want it to be. However, corn is about so much more than whether it is a fruit or a vegetable. It has truly shaped the history of this country.”

Pergola Designs is a business that focuses on creating beautiful garden designs, while at the same time enhancing natural beauty. This country was built on cotton and corn, some would say, and corn fields are a thing of beauty as well as functionality. While not often used as a decoration plant in most gardens, it does actually look very beautiful, and many people who have corn fields try to design their garden to match with their fields.

That being said, the company became interested in corn not so much as a design element, but due to the fact that new research surfaced about this vegetable/fruit. They decided to delve a little bit deeper into the role corn has played in the development of this country and the Americas as a whole. “The evolution of corn as it was first cultivated around 8,700 B.C in Mesoamerica to present day usage in Europe, Latin America, and India, both as vegetable and grain has been fascinating,” adds John Wick. “The journey has been remarkable. We believe you can say with a lot of certainty now that corn indeed is a vegetable, though it is grain too.”

New Press Release Service Offers Business Owners Expert Copywriting And Premium Distribution At Affordable Rates

March 10, 2016 – – Richmond Web Marketing is now offering an all-in-one Premium Press Release Service at surprisingly affordable rates. All press releases are written by a professional and highly experienced copywriter, and then submitted to a Premium Press Release Distribution Service.

The combination of expert writing and premium submission services helps the resulting press release get found online quickly. In addition, with the right keywords, such a press release also offers powerful support to the featured website’s search engine optimization (SEO).

The owner of Richmond Web Marketing, Elisabeth Kuhn, Ph.D., is a former linguistics professor and an expert in the persuasive use of language. She left academia because she fell in love with copywriting and online marketing, and has been helping countless business owners and online marketers get the word out about their products and services.

Dr. Kuhn has been writing press releases for her clients for years. However, she’s only recently started providing premium submissions as part of her service. Because she was so impressed with the results, she decided to offer her Premium Press Release Service to new clients as well.

It is important to remember that press releases are about news, which requires a careful balancing act between keeping the release factual and free of hype, yet also including the right information to get readers to check out the website or offer.

The consultation Kuhn offers as part of her service is a crucial part of the process. She works together with her clients to find an effective news angle that will both offer maximum exposure and possibly press coverage, while also attracting her clients’ preferred prospects.

In an in-depth article about press releases on her website, Kuhn explains how press releases have changed during the last few years. “Originally,” she says, “press releases were primarily about attracting the interest of reporters so they would write articles about the company or person featured in the press release.”

“With the increasing popularity of the internet,” Kuhn continues, “press releases have become more focused on attracting business owners and consumers directly.”

While that’s still the case, the changes in Google have brought about additional changes in both the available press release services and the effectiveness of press releases themselves, as discussed in more detail in Kuhn’s Premium Press Release Services article.

Because premium press release services are so important to making the right impact, Kuhn has decided to offer them at more affordable rates than is usually the case. In fact, at the moment she’s offering an additional discount as an introductory offer to celebrate her new service.

More information about Richmond Web Marketing’s new Premium Press Release Services and Dr. Kuhn’s introductory offer is available at http://richmondwebmarketing.com/premium-press-releases-increase-visibility-leads.

Software Analytics And Risk Awareness Demand Surges As CAST grows

Renewed interest in standards and software analytics drives continued double-digit growth

Software Analytics And Risk Awareness Demand Surges As CAST grows

New York, United States – March 10, 2016 /PressCable/

New York, NY—March 10, 2016 – CAST, the leader in software analysis and measurement, today announced its results for 2015, extending its three year double-digit growth streak. The uptick was driven by a number of high-profile US client wins and increased awareness of software quality measures among IT professionals and executive boards.

“It’s thrilling to see awareness rising and CAST performing strongly,” said Vincent Delaroche, CEO and founder of CAST. “A growing number of organisations are recognising the importance of measuring their software business and taking steps to ensure their business-critical systems are not exposed to unnecessary software weaknesses,” he added.

In 2015 the firm won a number of new clients such as Broadridge, HP, Health Net, ING, the U.S. Department of State and Department of Agriculture. CAST expects continued increase in demand for analytics and risk prevention, and solid revenue growth to accelerate in 2016 as sales channels become more effective and partnerships with influential consulting firms such as the Boston Consulting Group and Gartner Consulting bear fruit.

In September 2015 the Consortium for IT Software Quality (CISQ) standards for structural quality were ratified. With these standards becoming de rigueur in IT, CAST’s position as a front runner in structural quality standards will propel the firm to meet this demand.

Last year also saw CAST release a number of product updates, including the latest version of its benchmarking application, Appmarq, version 8.0 of its Application Intelligence Platform (AIP) and the world’s most advanced software flaw detection engine, the Application Engineering Dashboard.

About CAST

CAST is the world leader in software analysis and measurement, with unique technology resulting from $130 million in R&D investment. CAST introduces fact-based transparency into application development and sourcing to transform it into a management discipline. Flexitanks Market demand Is Expected To Grow To 3,135,791 units by 2022: Grand View Research, Inc.

According to new report published by Grand View Research, Flexitanks Market being the most cost effective liquid bulk packaging solution has gained more popularity than its counterparts such as ISO tanks and barrels.

The global flexitanks market is expected to reach USD 922.3 million by 2022, according to a new study by Grand View Research, Inc. Cost advantage offered by bulk shipping has compelled most of the shippers to look for bulk packaging solutions. Flexitanks being the most cost effective liquid bulk packaging solution has gained more popularity than its counterparts such as ISO tanks and barrels. Increasing need for efficient, flexible storage and portability of liquids has considerably driven the global flexitanks market. Other advantages such as foldability, portability and easy setup have fueled flexitanks demand over past few years.

Risks associated with bulk fluid transfer include leakage of contained products that subsequently results in cleanup activities. Flexitanks are subject to pressures from container walls while on long distance routes during rail and ship transport of cargoes. Although these products are manufactured in accordance with environmental legislations, risks associated with leakage incidents still exist.

Single-trip flexitank as the leading product segment and accounted for 94.8% of total market volume in 2014. Curtailment of cleaning and repositioning cost is expected to remain key driving factors for this segment over the forecast period. Single-trip flexitanks are also expected to witness the highest growth over the forecast period.

  • Foodstuffs were the leading application segment and accounted for over 30% of total market volume in 2014. Easy availability of FDA approved flexitanks in all regions has been a major factor for its increased penetration.
  • Chemical is expected to be the fastest growing application segment at an estimated CAGR of 18.9% from 2015 to 2022.  The growth can be attributed to increasing popularity of flexitanks along with the fact that all non toxic liquid chemicals can be transported using flexitanks.

SNACK IT FORWARD JOINS FIRST ANNUAL CEO SUMMIT ON MARCH 12, 2016

CEO Nick Desai Part of Group to Reveal Truth in Labeling.

Snack it Forward CEO Nick Desai will be a part of the CEO panel discussing the truth in labeling. The summit includes CEOs from natural retailers, manufacturers, and lifestyle brands coming together to address hot topics around transparency in natural processing methods.

Los Angeles, CA – March 10, 2016 – Nick Desai, Snack it Forward CEO has been tapped by Axiom Foods, the largest maker of rice and pea protein ingredients in the U.S. to be part of first CEO Summit (#CeoSummitByAxiom) on Saturday, March 12, 2016 during the Natural Products Expo at 3:30 pm. A peer-to-peer group of leaders from many different verticals of the naturals industry are coming together to discuss truth in labeling.

The CEO Summit is held annually when the group brings forward newsworthy topics from each channel and presents them to the press. The CEO Summit will be moderated by PhD food scientist and mainstream journalist for Bloomberg, TIME, and Newsweek, Kantha Shelke. The group will be convening at Morton’s Steakhouse in Anaheim and the press is invited to hear what they have to say.

The charter members of the CEO Summit include leaders from natural channels such as: plant-based lifestyle restaurant franchise; a maker of heritage brand fruit snacks distributed at Walmart; an innovative water cleanup and treatment technology; a naturally-fractioned plant protein ingredient maker; a celebrity-worn eco couture design house; a legendary greens and superfruit powder supplement maker; an Ayurvedic topical formula used by PGA athletes; and high nutrient seed-based snacks (that happen to be gluten-free):

“Let’s face it, all calories are not created equal. We firmly believe that healthy nutrition goes way beyond simple ingredients. Look, a potato is a simple ingredient but that does not make potato chips healthy. It comes down to nutritionally meaningful calories, and then finding a way to make them fun and tasty like a potato chip. This is why we are focusing our energies on the revolutionary world of pulse-based snacks.”

“As leaders of the naturals industry and never want to hear the words ‘fake’ preceding organic,” said CEO Summit organizer, David Janow. “It’s unconscionable that anyone should ever have to question the legitimacy of a natural or organic-labeled product.” He also points out, “When Prop 65 was written to protect consumers, and ambiguities in the language caused more harm than good. We are a group of business people who care deeply about the integrity of this industry and are coming together to ensure all things natural can be trusted. This is the first gathering and look forward to this organization growing and doing good.”

About the CEO Summit

(#CEOSUMMITBYAXIOM): A peer-to-peer group where natural industry leaders discuss hot topics and share them with the press. The group was created because founder David Janow believes that the naturals business should be the most transparent when it comes to truth in labeling and natural processing methods.
