Anti H Pylori Natural Herbs Linked with Ulcer Prevention & Treatment

Helicobacter Pylori bacterium is responsible for a high percentage of stomach ulcers. World renowned immunologist Professor Patrick JD Bouic Ph. D says a Matula herbal extract displays potent activity against Helicobacter Pylori bacteria.

Dublin, Republic Of Ireland – May 21, 2015 /PressCable/

According to a recently released National Cancer Institute report the Helicobacter Pylori bacterium is responsible for a high percentage of stomach ulcers. World renowned immunologist Professor Patrick JD Bouic Ph. D says a Matula herbal extract displays potent activity against Helicobacter Pylori bacteria.

More information is available at: http://letsgolook.at/matula-study.

Worldwide nearly 80% of duodenal and 60% of gastric ulcers are associated with Helicobacter Pylori. Most patients who have been colonised by this bacteria won’t develop ulcers but will develop gastritis. The reason only some patients develop ulcers is unknown but a combination of different factors including environmental factors and susceptibility of hosts are likely to be major factors.

With traditional medicine there is no front line medical treatment that is 100% effective but a PPI based triple therapy is the current recommended regimen for this condition with a combination of Esomeprazole, Amoxicillin and Clarithromycin. This treatment has a success rate of 70% to 85%.

Many patients effected by stomach ulcers are hesitant to take antibiotics on a long enough course to kill the Helicobacter Pylori bacteria because those antibiotics also kill off positive intestinal flora so important for digestive health. This can result in compliance issues that render the treatment ineffective. The side effects that up to 20% of patients can experience from the standard medical treatment can include diarrhoea, abdominal pain, rashes and altered taste sensation.

Options that are perceived to be less detrimental to intestinal flora are especially attractive to these people even if in many cases that belief may be misguided. Reports on the efficacy of herbal remedies like Matula is mixed and currently there is no compelling scientific evidence to support the treatment. While many report positive results, some patients report no results at all and others report diuretic-like, nausea and other side effects.

In vitro tests by immunologist Professor Patrick JD Bouic published in the Journal Of The American Medical Association and The Lancet found that Matula extract killed all strains of Helicobacter Pylori tested. So far no clinical human trials have been carried out so at this point the research must be considered promising but by no means conclusive.

Urgent Advice re Online Reviews for Brick Paving Companies

It is imperative that brick paving companies take control of their online reviews immediately by creating their own positive review videos and getting them ranked on page 1 of Google.

Melbourne, Australia – May 21, 2015 /PressCable/

Online review sites have gained in popularity in the last few years. Sites like Yelp and Angie’s List are now so much more than just directory sites, and provide a place for small businesses like brick paving companies to attract new clients.

These sites can in some cases rank very high in Google, even higher than a company’s own web site, if it is poorly optimised. But, according to Christine F. Abela, online marketing expert with Gecko Gully, they can also be a bad idea.

“Directory sites that allow reviews can have both positive and negative reviews,” says Abela. “Often there are more negative reviews than positive, even for a good brick paver. This is because someone needs to be very very happy to go to the effort to leave a positive review; but only mildly upset to leave a negative one.”

To counteract the negative reviews, Abela recommends the business owner creates a video of the best positive review, and uploads it to YouTube. Because Google owns YouTube, Google gives YouTube videos a priority when deciding ranking.

The video needs to have a title of the business name followed by the word “review”, according to Abela. This is because people who are considering working with a particular brick paving company will search for that company’s name plus the word “review” to find the opinions of other people on that business.

“The review video can be as simple as a screen shot of the web page with the positive review,”, says Abela. “But a 1 minute video with information about the business, their contact details and an invitation to call, will do a lot better job of bringing in new brick paving clients.”

Examples of brick paving review videos created recently by Gecko Gully’s specialist site WebsitesForBrickPavers.com can be seen at https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLT6BL0in2OaSS19lJSjDM1nDbxkxvbnLM

Once the video has been made, there are several recommended steps to getting it to rank on page 1 of Google. Video optimisation strategies include naming the video file using the right keywords, as well as putting these keywords in the title and description of the video.

“There are about twenty steps that can be taken to ensure a video goes to page one of Google, and stays there”, says Abela. “Too often, businesses have a video made for them that never gets them any business, because they have no idea how to get it to rank. That is a terrible waste of the money they spent on the video.”

For this reason, Gecko Gully is now offering several video creation services for brick paving companies as well as a video ranking service. “The review videos have been very popular”, says Abela. They rank quickly on Google, and they are getting a lot of hits – and of course they are making the phone ring.”

Gecko Gully invites brick paving companies (and others) to visit http://WebsitesForBrickPavers.com to get more information about their range of services, including web sites, videos and press releases. They also have a free report and presentation on how to get listed on the top directory sites.

Glemmark Receives Approval for Amended Scotia Agreement

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / May 21, 2015 / Glenmark Capital Corp. (TSX.V: GLM, US OTC: GLRKF and Frankfurt: 17G) (“Glenmark” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that on May 20, 2015, the TSX Venture Exchange accepted for filing an amendment to its original agreement with GeoNovus Media Corp. (CSE: GNM) dated November 11, 2014, to acquire a 100% interest in the Scotia Zinc-Silver Project, which covers an area of ~4,040 hectares in the Skeena Mining Division, located ~40km southeast of Prince Rupert in west central British Columbia, Canada.

Under the amended terms, Glenmark has earned a 100% interest in the Scotia Project by issuing 1,000,000 common shares, which will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months plus a day from the date of issuance. The Company made a cash payment of $75,000 to GeoNovus Media Corp. in January of 2015. The 100% interest is subject to an underlying 2% NSR, payable to Doublestar Resources Ltd. of which 1% can be purchased by Glenmark for CAD$1,000,000.

Scotia Zinc-Silver Project Summary

The Scotia Project hosts a metamorphosed massive sulfide deposit located within the Ecstall Belt of metavolcanic rocks that extends through west-central British Columbia. Resource modeling of the Albere Zone in 2009 established a vertical range of sub-economic to economic grades of mineralization of 95 meters, and a horizontal range of 205 meters. The high grade “core” area widened to about 30 meters about 190 meters north of the outcropping main showing. The thickest drill intercept in the Albere Zone was 26.7 meters grading 9.0% zinc, 1.2% lead, 21.5 g/t silver and 0.3 g/t gold. A Resource Estimate was calculated for the Albere Zone by Giroux Consultants Ltd., based on forty-two drill holes totaling 4,343 meters. The results from a 1997 drilling program comprised most of the data used in the modeling, with much of the core re-assayed in 2008 to confirm earlier results. Ordinary kriging was used to interpolate blocks based on mineralization content.

Based on a 1% Zn cut-off, the Measured plus Indicated Resource within the 3-D mineralized shell totals 802,000 tonnes grading 4.9% Zn, 13.9 g/t Ag, and 0.2 g/t Au with an additional 702,000 tonnes grading 4.5% Zn, 13.7 g/t Ag and 0.2 g/t Au classed as Inferred. Economic parameters have not been defined by the current resource estimate as to an appropriate cut-off for various types of mining. Geological information and resource estimates for the Scotia Property have been drawn exclusively from the Scotia Property Technical Report (2011) by Arne Birkeland, P.Eng. and Gary Giroux, P.Eng. As part of this transaction, Glenmark contemplates filing its own technical report on the Scotia Property.

To expand known mineralization, an airborne AeroTEM Mag/EM survey was conducted by Aeroquest in 2008. The survey identified a distinctive anomaly associated with the drilled portion of the Albere Zone, as well as similar additional anomalies on strike, and adjacent to, the Albere Zone. In 2010 a geochemical survey was completed to follow up on the airborne anomalies and virtually all zones returned geochemically anomalous values. While no “ore grade” showings were found, values of over 1,000 ppm Zn were encountered from “in place” rock chip sampling.

The technical contents of this news release have been prepared under the supervision of Mr. Peter Born, P. Geo. Mr. Born is a Qualified Person as defined in NI 43-101, and has approved this news release.

New Cancer Treatment Website Revolutionizes How Cancer Treatment Information is Being Disseminated

Louis Kraml, CEO of Bingham Memorial Hospital, recently announced the launch of a passionate new project and website-CancerTreatmentInfo.org

BLACKFOOT, ID / ACCESSWIRE / May 21, 2015 / Louis Kraml, CEO of Bingham Memorial Hospital, recently announced the launch of a passionate new project and website-CancerTreatmentInfo.org.

With over 40 years of experience in the medical industry and first-hand knowledge about how vicious and insidious cancer can be, Mr. Kraml is changing the way people with cancer are being treated and cared for. As such, he founded the American International Cancer Cures Institute and created CancerTreatmentInfo.org-a safe place where cancer patients, survivors, and family members around the world can have immediate access to support, successful cancer treatment options, and reputable clinics around the world.

In addition to providing extensive research-based content on the website to help readers avoid cancer, such as maintaining a healthy diet, exercising moderately yet regularly, and keeping a healthy body weight, Mr. Kraml’s website offers visitors a wide variety of information about cancer treatments. Mr. Kraml explains, “I want people to know about options that they might not have previously known about.”

“There are many other therapies and supportive treatments that are offered by different facilities not just in the United States, but around the world,” says Mr. Kraml. “I always recommend that people read, study, and carefully weigh their options before making any decisions.” Many of these treatment methods have proved their efficacy, while others have a lot of anecdotal evidence, and many have not yet met the threshold of being effective from a statistically significant standard.

Mr. Kraml encourages people to share their experiences with conventional and integrative or holistic methods for treating cancer. And, while many patients opt for mainstream treatment methods such as surgery, radiation, chemotherapy, and hormone therapy to cure their bodies of the disease, a number of patients are exploring new methods such as metabolic therapy, dendritic cell therapy, hyperthermia therapy, and acupuncture. “It’s important people are having a conversation about the latter treatments as well,” says Mr. Kraml.

The next phase of CancerTreatmentInfo.org will be to establish a supportive online community for people to share personal experiences about cancer so others could be as informed as possible. Mr. Kraml wants people to be able to share the little things that their healthcare providers did that meant a lot during cancer treatments, what emotional support was lacking, or where did people travel to outside of the United States for treatments that had positive outcomes.

Ultimately, he hopes the platform he’s creating will enable people to share advice with those who are just beginning their cancer journey, or would like to share details about what they would do differently if they could go back and start their treatment plan over again. Please join the conversation today at CancerTreatmentInfo.org.

Sweet Potato Vodka: A sweet story that never gets old

California’s first farm to bottle Sweet Potato Vodka. Handpicked, raised and ready for consumption, What is this old world feel in a new age methodology and how do we find some for our personal stash spot at home?

What is Sweet Potato Vodka?

Sweet Potato Vodka has taken the nightlife culture by storm and is still gaining popularity from vodka connoisseurs alike. It is hard to believe there is no popular face yet attached to Sweet Potato Vodka, unlike your typical alcohol brands out there that have celebrities branding and advertising their bottles. Sweet Potato Vodka is cut from a different cloth, for nearly 100 years, Corbin has been lucky to have farmland in California’s beautiful San Joaquin Valley, where rich soil and endless sunshine create the perfect environment for raising the best sweet potatoes. David Souza is a 4th generation farmer and 1st generation distiller; if you go about searching (David Souza + sweet potato) on the internet, you’ll witness the “heart of the business” of a journey with planning and process going to work. Being the first one to produce a Sweet Potato Vodka and having a unique product behind it, makes Corbin Sweet Potato Vodka an intriguing drink to all. Corbin Sweet Potato Vodka can be mixed; it can be taken straight up, and or on the rocks.

The characteristics of the Sweet Potato:

Who knew the Sweet Potato had some character? The sweet potato is a dicotyledonous plant that belongs to the family Convolvulaceae. Its large, starchy, sweet-tasting, tuberous roots are a root vegetable. [1][2] The young leaves and shoots are sometimes eaten as greens. Ipomoea batatas is native to the tropical regions in America (Wikipedia). The longer the sweet potatoes are aged, the better it gets. Fresh out of the ground the sweet potatoes are considered to be “green” and have a high degree in starch, this is the reason why it cannot be used from the field and to be stored. Unlike your regular white potatoes, if kept chilled they can last forever.

The story untold:

When there is a story to a product, like Corbin Sweet Potato Vodka it makes things so much sweeter. The articles, videos, and interviews about Corbin Sweet Potato Vodka has stories of family generations, the struggles of going through a process (beginning and end), and the Sweet Potato. Creating Corbin Sweet Potato Vodka is a process of its own with about 100 hands touching the procedures from hand picking the sweet potatoes from the farm to bottling Corbin Sweet Potato Vodka by hand. The process isn’t easy by any means, when picking the sweet potatoes from the farm, each sweet potato has a different aging process which is the reason why the sweet potatoes can’t be used right away from the field, and it has to be aged up to 12 months and stored in room controlled temperature. Each process is tedious and goes unnoticed to all vodka connoisseurs, which is why the numerous stories untold get sweeter.

True Grit Meets All Obligations for First Year Commitment on Nevada Assets

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / May 21, 2015  / True Grit Resources Ltd. (NEX-TGI.H) (“True Grit” or the “Company“) responds to Redstar Gold Corp.’s (“Redstar“) news release of May 15, 2015 suggesting that True Grit has not met the Company’s commitments as set out in the option agreement dated January 24, 2014 (the “Option Agreement“).

True Grit denies any suggestion that it has not met the commitments required under the Option Agreement and asserts that the Option Agreement remains operative.

On April 27, 2015, True Grit delivered to Redstar and Redstar accepted $50,000 and 500,000 common shares of the Company (“Common Shares“), representing True Grit’s first anniversary payment under the Option Agreement. To date, True Grit has made payments totaling $100,000 and 1,000,000 Common Shares to Redstar.

True Grit also incurred more than $250,000 of expenditures to meet True Grit’s first anniversary expenditure commitment under the Option Agreement. Moreover, the report required by the Option Agreement was delivered to Redstar by the March 31, 2015 deadline, as set out in the Option Agreement. True Grit has also repeatedly delivered to Redstar additional information not required under the Option Agreement.

The Company is of the view that the arbitration process initiated by Redstar is wholly unnecessary; however, True Grit welcomes the opportunity to obtain an arbitrator’s ruling that True Grit has satisfied the Company’s commitments under the Option Agreement.

True Grit will continue to work towards advancing the Company’s projects in Nevada and seeking potential joint venture partners. A drilling program is expected to be carried out on the Cooks Creek project this summer. True Grit will continue to look for new and exciting projects in Nevada and surrounding states.

True Grit will proceed with an equity financing in spite of the news release that Redstar has disseminated. The Company intends to proceed with a non-brokered private placement for up to $500,000 (the “Offering“). The Offering will comprise up to 10,000,000 units of the Company (“Units“) at a price of $0.05 per Unit. Each Unit will consist of one Common Share and one non-transferable Common Share purchase warrant (a “Warrant“). Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one Common Share at a price of $0.10 per Common Share for 24 months following the closing of the Offering.

Finders’ fees in cash and/or Units, together with broker warrants containing the same terms as the Warrants (“Broker Warrants“), may be payable on a portion of the financing to finders who assist in the Offering. The Offering, including such compensation arrangements, will be completed in accordance with applicable securities laws and will be subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Proceeds of the Offering will be used for exploration work on the Company’s Nevada properties and for general working capital. The securities issued under the Offering will be subject to a hold period of four months plus one day from the date of completion of the Offering, in accordance with applicable securities laws.

IIA Highlights Legal Infirmities of FCC’s Recent Net Neutrality Decision

Timeline Infographic and Two-Pager Underscore the Need for a Bi-Partisan Congressional Solution that Preserves Internet Openness and Restores Light Regulatory Touch for Broadband

WASHINGTON, DC / ACCESSWIRE / May 21, 2015 / The Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC) decision to apply public utility-style Title II regulation to the broadband ecosystem reversed nearly 50 years of communications policy that gave consumers a vibrant Internet, according to two informational documents released by the Internet Innovation Alliance (IIA). A timeline infographic created by IIA makes clear how decades of Congressional, FCC, and Court decisions have consistently held that Internet access service was not a “telecom service” and was therefore exempt from Title II regulation. IIA’s two-pager that accompanies the timeline – titled “Permanently Securing Net Neutrality” – reveals the legal infirmities of the FCC’s net neutrality rules.

“Some believe that network neutrality principles are secured through the FCC’s reclassification decision that treats broadband as a common carrier, but the reclassification rests on a bed of sand,” explained Rick Boucher, a former Democratic congressman who chaired the House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Communications and the Internet and now serves as honorary chairman of the IIA. “It can be washed away in the next presidential election that could produce a Republican FCC majority or it could be overturned in the courts given its legal vulnerability.”

Boucher added, “The best way forward is for Congress to pass bipartisan legislation, which gives statutory permanence to network neutrality and returns broadband to its information services, lightly-regulated status.”

According to IIA’s release, the FCC’s decision to reclassify broadband Internet access service as a “telecommunications service” subject to Title II common carrier regulation is contrary to all FCC and U.S. communications policy since computer technology issues emerged nearly 50 years ago. Since Congress adopted the 1996 Telecommunications Act, the FCC, in multiple decisions, has consistently found that Internet access service is an information service and therefore not subject to Title II regulation.

The IIA release states that the FCC failed to legally and factually justify its policy decision that abruptly reversed course. From the two-pager:

The Commission justifies its abrupt reversal in course on the increased use of web services, such as email, that are provided by parties other than the party that provides the Internet access, as well as increased advertisement by Internet access providers of transmission speeds. These considerations are legally irrelevant. These changes in the marketplace do not affect the fundamental capabilities offered by Internet access and do not provide a basis to ignore the clear and broad statutory definition of an information service that Congress provided and the FCC has repeatedly adopted.

As part of IIA’s informational document rollout, Boucher was today joined by Kathleen Sullivan – a partner of Quinn, Emanuel, Urquhart & Sullivan, a constitutional law expert, and former dean of Stanford Law School – during a press teleconference to discuss the political and legal fragilities of the FCC’s recent decision, as well as the broader implications of Title II broadband reclassification. To listen to the call recording and download IIA’s new timeline infographic and two-pager, go to www.internetinnovation.org/library/special-reports/permanently-securing-net-neutrality/.

About The Internet Innovation Alliance:
