Josh Crawford of the Central Arkansas Transit Authority has reduced the time it takes to manage employee time and attendance by as much as 60 percent using PayClock Online.

“I used to manually enter the drivers’ time into an Excel spreadsheet,” Crawford said. “We moved to PayClock Online, and now I can manage employee time records every day, any time of day. The system automatically calculates totals, PTO accruals, regular time and overtime. PayClock Online has cut my payroll processing time by more than half.”

Because of the success, the Central Arkansas Transit Authority is in the process of extending PayClock Online to additional departments and more than doubling the number of employees using the cloud based time and attendance system.

The Hazel Crest Park District in Illinois uses PayClock Online to manage its seasonal staff, which fluctuates from 20 – 50 employees to up to 100 staff members in the peak summer season.
