A total of 281,846,340 common shares of First Mining were represented at the 2019 AGM, representing 50.46% of the Company’s issued and outstanding common shares as at the record date of May 10, 2019. Shareholders voted in favour of all matters brought before the meeting. All six director nominees listed in the Company’s management information circular dated May 15, 2019 (the “Circular”) were elected as follows:
